They keep rolling along.

Sweeping The Indians.
Friday's game we were down 5-0 and won
Saturday's game we were down 3-0 and won.

Today they got thier 13th shutout (leads the ML).

With the bases loaded and 1 out, Jamie Walker stikes out Travis Hafner---that was huge!

Just like that darn bunny....they keep going and going and going...

With the white sox loss today, it puts them 9 games up. That is our largest lead of the season.

Trying not to get my hopes up too much....but how can you NOT be excited about The Tigers this year?

Hypothetical: 1 out, 2 strikes, 3 balls, guy on first.
Pitcher pitches the ball, batter swings and misses but the ball is in the dirt, catcher must either tag player or throw to first. The batter realized he is probably out so he just chugs slowly down the baseline. NOW, can the catcher throw the ball to 2nd and then turn it to first for the double play because there was a force and both bags since the batter was running due to the dropped swinging strikeout? I hope this is understandable, help?
