No, but I always thought Major League Baseball should have something. My thought was "The Roberto Clemente" award for the player who demonstrated not only sportsmanship but compassion to others. This way players who may not have the skills that some of the super stars have can be recognized for other talents in their lives.

Why would we give a sportsmanship award to steriod ridden druggies, who whine about six figure or more saleries?

NO THERE NO GOOD SPORTSMANSHIP IN BASEBALL THEY ALL WENT TO WIN. BUT OUTSIDE THE GAME THEY ARE VERY CARING PEOPLE.
