I was running through dishnetwork.com to order the PPV for the Great American Bash this morning and ran across this on their site...

i'm trying to lose 5-10 pounds before i leave for college in 5 weeks...
i played soccer up until 2 years ago and was in the best shape of my life. i used to be able to run 2 miles without a problem but now i can barely run 1/2 a mile and gained 15 pounds..
anyways can anyone tell me a plan on how to build back my indurance to help me lose the weight?
i think right now alli can do is run 1/2 a mile without having to stop and walk....help! :)

How come Kane got a title shot at Edge at not Mark Henry? He did defeat Kane at One Night Stand, so that should've made him the #1 contender. Once again the WWE is screwing over Henry.

When I finally saw Khali when the World Title, after the battle on Smackdown!, I was impressed by his new attitude he displayed. Khali sort of reminded me of the Iron Sheik when he started to taunt Kane, and Batista in the ring, an drove the audience crazy.

If he develops this new cocky arrogant attitude, with this massive size he has, do you think Khali could have a serious run as a World Title Holder?

Or should he be a one week wonder.

The date of the match is November 7, 2005. It was the main event for RAW that night, it was also the same night
Joey Styles commentated for his 1st RAW with King and Coach. It was the match of Kurt Angle and Chris Masters vs. HBK and Cena with Daivari being the special guest referee. It was also the 1st time when Eric Bischoff has the crowd censored whenever they chanted "You Suck!" Throughout the entire match, Daivari kept favoring Angle and Masters and I enjoyed every minute of it.

1. what is the idea weight of an bicycle rims "the stanard weight!"
2.with all the HUB that is ok there what is the idea wight and what is the best "hub" for the rims not to cheap or over price! i know all comes to preferances!
3. what is the size of rims that comes in kids bike and what is the basic size rims comes in aduilt bike?
4.what is the best and very light material to use on the bicycle rims today. and why?
5. what type of "hub" do you perfure on the bicycle rims , for example if there is and exchange hub with bearings to hold the hub what will you use?

7.what are all the size that bicycle rims come in and what are the size for what type of bike it use on.
8.how many type of bikes that is out there need all the names and who make them.
