Wales and England are separate countries.We even have a differnt language,Welsh.Heres an example(im a fluent speaker)Bore da,rydw in cymraeg,dydw i ddim yn hoffi yr americanwyr oherwyr duw nhw ddim yn wybod ble yw cymru na unhrywbath!Dyled ni saethu nhw i gyd!
Also us welsh hate the english(we have even had wars,even though we are neighbours)

Wales is not a separate country. It is part of the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland. The Welsh are Brits, just like the Scots are. That is fine that you have your own language, culture, and history but do not pretend that you are an independent country.

Not quite true. Most American's (and believe me I know, I did an extensive survey and study) don't think that Wales is in England, most American's believe that Wales is an imaginery country. I in fact know that Wales is really an island off the coast of Narnia.

Hey there are some Americans that think there are 51 states. They think Puerto Rico or Washington DC are states.

There are Americans that think New England is a state. So if these people don't know anything about their own country, why would they know anything about England or Wales.

Not all Americans think that. Have you talked to all of us? Around the world Britain is commonly referred to as England though. I bet Scotland is close by = )

Not ALL Americans do. I'm American and I know Wales is not in England. But then again, I paid attention in Geography class in school...lol.
