also people keep on saying that certain techniques don't work in mma so they don't work in real life Ex: kicks ( it is so retarded cause the people in mma fights sucks at using kicks do you see how slow they are at kicking compared to bruce lee or chuck norris)

I did not play high school football or basketball and I want to play on the junior college level. Is it possible at all to get recruited ? My plans are to do tons of training over the 07' year so by time fall of 08' I can play for some college. So I was just wondering.

Ive been fishing saltwater for many years now mostly on party boats and for fluke in the bay however I never really fished the surf. I am constantly hearing about everybody tearing up the blues catching 30 in an hour or catching 20 schoolie striped bass. I am all about action i dont care if they are huge or mostly shorts, I just like catching fish.

However, I find this type of fishing very confusing like what beach to fish? What time of day and tides does it have to be to catch fish; does it matter? And finally the most important what part of the beach do you cast into and how do u locate the fish,( is it just a matter of driving around looking for birds?). Please help! I think its only fair I get my share of the blues and stripers too.

Typically when I think of a self-defense or man-stopping round, I think of a wide diameter round, like a .45 for example. Everyone bashes the .22 long rifle as being an inadequate self defense round, yet the .223 rifle round is nearly the same diameter, and is widely used in the M4 by the military and other civilian rifles falsely labeled as "assault weapons". What makes the .223 / 5.56 round so effective? Is it the higher velocity and pressure?

When the last CBA was finalized, one of the concessions made by the commissioner was the removal of contraction from the table. In return for removing it during negotiations for that CBA, the union agreed that when the next round of negotiations rolled around, the commissioner could bring it up again without any resistance from the union. Don Fehr was obviously thinking the new CBA would improve things to the point where contraction would no longer be needed.

What I want to know...have things improved in Minnesota and Tampa Bay enough to keep Bud Selig from bringing up contraction once again?

If you have been following the suns-spurs series, you would never miss the cheap shots bowen and ginobilli gave to amare, nash and marion

now, here comes the pre meditated body check by horry on nash that caused the avalanche of consequences and suspensions. i wouldnt be surprised if popovich made the call.

it seems that the spurs got away with all these "crimes" against the suns and the NBA office have been morons for not catching them and making all the wrong decisions.

it seems the suspensions will stay, so now it's time to move on and (sigh).. believe (thanks, warrior fans) suns will win game 5
