Sports - 22 January 2007

I have always been able to swim but it has been mainly doggy paddle, max 1 pool length People tried to teach me but it hasn't improved it at all. I cannot swim using the proper strokes for any significant length of time.


This doesn't bother me, but is is strange and slightly funny. Does anyone else have the same experience.

i was watching the new hogan knows best last night and he said he had to go to raw during the photoshoot that brookey had where was he i didn't see him in any RAW shows lately!!!!!!!! was it a lie!!!!!!!!!!!!! ?

I don't want to see either go but they don't get any real push and haven't held gold since... forever and 'Taker gets beaten easily nowadays!

Do you think that they will retire from the WWE soon? If so will they go anywhere else like TNA or will be that it for them?

My prediction is 2008 for both.

I have been bodybuilding and training in mixed martial arts, I can punch about twice as hard as before I was doin g these things.

However I am wondering if anyone knows the actual muscles involved in punching.

I think you use your triceps and shoulder muscles.

anyone have any ideas ?

I started being a Tubby fan, then I realized that he really doesn't have the recruiting skills that he needs to compete with the best. Don't get me wrong, I think he's a good coach, but he's not the right coach for Kentucky, with the slow down and pound it inside play. We used to never be out of the top 25, now we're barely in it. What do you think?
