The Zone meaning where you have total clarity or "flow" and your game is almost perfect. You're barely thinking, just doing. I've experienced it in bowling, basketball, football, tennis, etc. but not often. I'm sure pro athletes have this all of the time.

Perhaps you could try again, and this time, define "The Zone."

as a wrestler you need to be focused all day at big meets ( in the zone as you put it ) its just a matter of finding the right frame of mind most wrestlers will use music or physical pain to get their quick
