YES! Yes. Marvin Lewis is flat out costing his team games. The flop in the last game versus the Pittsburgh Steelers couldn't be a better example. Lewis wasted one of the last two timeouts with the Steelers' Jeff Reed about to kick a field goal to knot the game at 17 with 1:07 left. Rather than saving the timeout to help the Bengals on their ensuing drive, in which they would need only a field goal for the win, Lewis blew a timeout to "ice" Jeff Reed. Cowher laughed. The laugh could only translate to "what is that idiot doing." To top it off, on the Bengals drive Palmer hit Henry for a big play to put them in field goal range. Palmer hurried the offense to the line of scrimmage and spiked the ball. In an amazing worst-coaching-job-ever finale, the Bengals didn't get a play into the huddle in time and Cincinnati had to blow their last timeout, which of course shouldn't have been. From there more moronic shenanigans to set up the game losing field goal attempt.

In the 70's, they had the nickname "Doomsday Defense", now, after watching them let the Lions score 39 points, I've come up with a new moniker. The Swiss Cheese Defense. What do you think?

I saw some of those MasterLock challenges and he actually looked like he really mangled or possibly hurt some of those fans who got out of their seats and into the ring for it. I know Chris was offering money for anyone who could break it, even an autographed football one time, but given that they were fans with no wrestling experience, I'd figure that they'd still get something for their troubles of getting mangled like that on National TV.

I would like to get into Hapkido. I am a womanly woman and not boyish at all. In fact I hate anything out doors (bugs, reptiles, and etc.) and like everything neat and clean like flowers and wine =) .

My husband has been in the martial arts for years and I think it is quite gruesome =( but I am interested in Hapkido. I think it would be neat to have that under my belt.

My question is, I have small bones, do you think I could get really hurt if I trained? I am willing to be tough to learn this type of martial art. I am also wondering if I would get bruised shins as well.

Any input would be most appreciated. Mature answers please I don't need a smart a$$ remark! ..lol..

Happy New Years!
