QB from Ohio State. If they do not need a QB and they do they could trade him

Unless the senile old man Davis croaks, they won't go after a QB. I say they need to go after offensive line help, and lots of it. Trade Moss for a pick and maybe trade down with the first pick and stockpile more picks in later rounds. The Raiders need a lot of help.

well it doesnt matter who the raiders want to take, its all about Al Davis. if they were smart they would trade it to get depth to rebuild their team. the consensus top picks are Quinn and Smith but to be honast i dont think either are that good. Brady Quinn played well for ND against bad teams, but in big games he choked. smith is probably the better of the too but if you compare him to the top QBs taken last year he comes out on the bottom and i dont think his style will translate well into the nfl.

I think they go RB, which means Adrian Peterson, unless they're going OL (because they need someone who can block). Honestly, if I were them, I'd trade down to about 4 or 5, pick up another first rounder, and get a couple of offensive linemen. A QB's not going to help them right now.

they should trade the first pick and try to get as many picks as possible. but with Al Davis still living they probably won't. they should draft an offensive lineman to help sure up that line, it won't matter if they get a QB if they can't protect him. they should trade Randy Moss, and maybe try to move a few other players as well and pick up some 2nd or 3rd round picks.

They will probably get Brady Quinn, but they might trade that pick to get 2 first round picks and use one of them to draft a qb

Troy Smith

Look at his stats and his record overall from his college ball. If they win the National Championchip against Florida he is automaticaly drafted as a #1 pick.

I'm thinking they'll take Quinn just because he seems like a player they can try and build the franchise around. Troy Smith is very good too, but I think they'll take Quinn because Walters and Brooks just aren't getting it done.

With Al Davis in charge probably a kicker or maybe a punter.
