yeah....im 180 and im sponsored by an amatuer team......just practice...remember the heavier u r...get faster bearing and a lighter board and ull fit in fine.. :)

well at the age of 14 you can't be really good at anything, but if you mean just because you're 170 you could deffinitly become a great skateboarder, you don't have to be skinny and tiny to skateboard, if your tall longer arms give you better grabs, if you larger, you will build more momentum for jumps and get more air, and have better balance on rails, all you have to do is practice if you really want it, it shouldn't affect you much
