I was told the other other day that Elan sold 20% of all the boards sold in the world today. Which i was quite shocked at as i don't really know that much about them as a company, but apparently they make the boards for ten other snowboard companys. I need to learn how to do a back handspring befor the year is over for cheer. I need tips!! I already know how to do a back bend all the way down by myself but I need to get my legs over! I can do it when someone spots me but I need to learn how to do it by myself. HELP PLEASE!!!

OK heres the deal i work out all the time like 4 times a week and im an athlete but like all of us guys we want a six pack...now how can i do this without doing cardio because if i do cardio i wont have the same muscle growth on my muscles........trust me i know .......and secondly if i do long cardio like treadmill or the bike the it will affect my sprinting speed....my fast twitch muscles will turn into slow twitch muscles and i dont want that................so how can i get a six pack while doing crunches and working out in the weight room.........i think the only possible solutions is supersetting which burns calories but dont affect the muscle fiber speed.......or taking lean tabs.........if you have any other suggestions let me know.........i doubt im gonna get good answers though

The Yankess have a 200 million dollar payroll, there are 6 other teams in the MLB under 30 million, the Yankess can't even buy a championship. And there needs to be a salary cap in the MLB. 200 million vs 30 million hmmmm. It's not right, and the part I love the most is that they still can't win a world series, even with all the advantages pointed towards them. Steinbrenner, the yankees, and NEW YORK YANKEE FANS ARE THE WORST THING TO HAPPEN TO BASEBALL...... GO TIGERS!!!!!!
