Why do body builders look into mirrior when working out?

They look in the mirror for motivation and to make sure that they are keeping good form. If they watch themselves they can see if they start to slouch or slack anywhere. Since bad posture can really hurt you when you are working out with weights, it is important that body builders monitor themselves to prevent injury.

Body buiders look into the mirror to avoid faltering over the form which is very essential while exercising.

It allows you to visualize if the sequence to the form is correct.

Besides it brings about an attitude amongst the individual to show that his body has really toned up well.

My boyfriend lifts weight and its for two reasons, form as others have said, and they just like to look at themselves and see their own muscles flex lol

Too see how much effect they are getting and to make sure they are working the correct muscles.
