I'm currently training in Combat Hapkido but I would like to incorporate judo, krav maga & sambo into my training as well. I don't want to spend every night of the week at a different school and I don't want to drop hundreds of dollars. Can I get the training and recognition (belt ranking) without dishing out a lot of time and money?

I've seen some bad ones, but the worst of the bunch has to be Shannon Briggs versus George Foreman.

Foreman battered Briggs from pillar to post for twelve rounds, but two of the judges gave it to Briggs by a four point margin.
The only thing missing that night was the judges wearing masks and carrying guns.
I'm very seldom angry at a decision, but that night I was livid.
Foreman deserved a better exit from the sport than that.

I just got a punching bag/sandbag, apart from just hitting the thing what are exercises i can practise to make a better fighter in general. I not really looking to specific forms like Kung Fu or Ninjitsu, just a better more coordinated fighter in general

Its an 8 on 8 corec league (with 4 girls at all times and girls have to gain yrds every 2nd completion). We have one good girl and the rest are horrible so how can we find a way to get them involved?
