not the yankees because he was exposed as a strikeout machine in big games and is a defensive liability.. also robinson cano is a batting champion in his future and isnt going anywhere.. what the yankees will do is fake interest in him and the redsox will jump on him and brag victorious. all you have to do is throw balls away and in the dirt and he will chase them when the pressure is on. believe me i watched him for years and he has misleading stats...his on base stats are horrible and he is a homerun or a strikeout player and in todays game it seriously hurts your team... bobby abreau is the kind of player that scores runs, hits them in and gets on base alot and moves runners.. he is twice the player that soriano is. i was hoping the yankees didnt bite and they didnt...there is a reason and they recognized it too...

Either with the Red Sox, Mets or Houston. The Red Sox need to close the gap on the Yankees and Soriano is the quickest way to do it. Soriano would love to play in NY so the Mets are a perfect fit, especially with Floyd not coming back next season. Houston is still hurting after getting snubbed by Beltran, who left for to sign with the Mets and need the offensive output. The Yankees already have 5 outfielders for 3 spots this season. Sheffield will not be brought back next season. Matsui isn't being shifted out of left and Damon isn't being moved from center. Abreu might get shifted to first and Melky would then play right.

New York Mets - With an aging Jose Valentin, and a Soriano hungry to be a fulltime second baseman, I think it's the best bet. Hitting ahead of Beltran, Delgado and Wright, he'll hit 40 plus homeruns, steal 40 bases, knock in 100 RBI, and score 100 runs. He'll be an all-star, and Mets will go back to the World Series. And I'll be in baseball heaven.

This tale became into copied by making use of Yahoo! from the Chicago solar-cases and Soriano did say that Chicago followers are the worst. He has stupid he will by no skill use.whilst a team warning signs or trades for a participant that they assume to accomplish at some extreme point and that participant does not accomplish that, the followers have each maximum suitable and reason to boo. Soriano became into conversing approximately how White Sox followers boo Adam Dunn.If Adam Dunn might a minimum of hit his weight(it is approximately maximum suitable for him),hit some HR's and force in better than 30 runs - he does not be listening to the boobirds.an identical for Alex Rios with the White Sox.he's hitting a splash over .2 hundred.he's getting booed.it is no longer stressful to make your techniques up why. A fan has few elementary elementary procedures to precise his displeasure with a participant and booing is basically one.this is a factor of playing the sport to assume the cheers once you're going sturdy.yet is it maximum suitable to assume those comparable cheers once you're stinking up the area?an identical article went directly to declare that Adam Dunn has stopped answering his telephone so as that he won't ought to chat approximately how and why he's no longer hitting.that isn't remedy something.Suck it up and admit which you're actually not doing the activity they signed you to do.tell the followers which you're as pissed off as they are and you desire as much as they try this you start up hitting. as quickly as returned - Alfonso Soriano makes use of his stupid so which you do no longer ought to.

Didn't the yanks trade him to the rangers for a-rod? If thats the case, y would the yanks want him back? Oh yeah huh, hello, he's a great player after all. sorry but i dont think soriano will go to yanks. Hopefully he'll stay with the nationals, if they're smart enough to keep him.

i am really hoping that he goes to the Toronto Blue Jays but i think the Jays will pick up a pitcher like Zito instead of a hitter, so i am gonna have to say that Soriano will go to the Dbacks just caz they have lots of money to spend and they need some offense

I think he will stay in Washington. The Nationals had a best chance to trade him at the July 31st deadline this year and didn't. That leads me to believe they are willing to pay him his market value (40+ homeruns mind you) and make him a cornerstone of this franchise

An interesting question. Boston needs a lot of help and a big bat would help them a lot. I don't know why Washington would not want to keep them, though.
