OK, this is one of the semi final matches of this year's PRIDE open weight GP set to take place at Final Conflict Absolute on September 10. There has been a lot of bad blood between these two fighters ever since their first match that ended in a draw in 2002. Both have come a long way and improved a lot since that time. Who do you think will take this? I think that it will be Mirko by TKO late in the first round.

I'm 25 years old, I weight like 1.77 lb, I've been weight training for about three months and I feel that I'm not strong enough to lift more weight, I'm not a beginner, I used to workout in the gym very hard when I was younger, but I had to quit because of school and now I'm trying to lift more weight than the one I used to lift at that time, should I increase my testosterone level to get more strength? what supplement do you recommend that I should take to get stronger? does it take long to get lean? what should I do to better my workouts in the gym?
