I know of one match where Hogan wrestled Rude at the Boston Garden back in 87 or 88. WWF at the time wanted to make a program with those two but Hogan basically refused because he said that rude was too small to be taken seriously. as a contender to the world title. Rude never forgave Hogan for many years because of that.
