I want to know why complexity requires a conscious designer. Why couldn't a set of laws (without conscious design) create complexity?

Could it be the $$$$. After attending Calvary Costa Mesa for so long I decided to go somewhere else because it seems most of the pastors were frankly white male (landowners). Recuiting is such a staple in the OC and not just C.C. but also Saddleback and Harvest in Riverside. Shouldnt it be the word of God and not the money.

Huckabee was asked-'what do you think about Mormons' in an interview.
To which he answered-' I don't know much about them, aren't they the ones who teach that Satan is the brother of Jesus?'

The media accused him or attacking Mormons.

Huckabee was really bashed by all networks over this question.


Mit Romney said-' this is not true, Mormons do not teach this, and this kind of question always comes from those who want to discredit his faith.

My question is this-was that unfair? No one in the media researched this question.

Just a couple minutes research on the internet turned this up-

A. The Devil was born as a spirit after Jesus "in the morning of pre-existence," (Mormon Doctrine, page 192.)
B. Jesus and Satan are spirit brothers and we were all born as siblings in heaven to them both, (Mormon Doctrine, p. 163.)

A long time ago, maybe about 14 years ago, I use to steal from the poor box at church. In fact, there was one day when I actually stole the entire poor box from the church. I typically got about 100$ each time and usually wasted this money on hamburgers and cd's, none of which I have any more.

Will I go to hell for this? I understand that God doesn't really take pity on fools....or thieves for that matter.

That was the worst disease known to man, your body parts literally rotted and fell off of your body. If you had it you were scorned by men and banished from society.

I don't think I could do it as much as I would want to hug each and every one of them out of sympathy for them. But Jesus touched them without a thought of himself catching it. All He thought about was healing the other person. Would you touch a leper?

Sometimes I think men need extra help to stop being gay for instance maybe some kind of pills or something?? I'm not sure. My nephew is gay and I want him to stop now because if he doesn't stop then I can't have grand nephews!!! Plus, being gay is bad for him b/c its wrong anyway so ofcourse I want him to stop. Bear with me, please: I'm just trying to picture the scene where all you well-meaning christians drag yourselves back to the office and admit:

OK so heres the conflict I grew up in a Christian home I"ve read the bible and I think by now I know it by heart. In it, it says that God Loves everyone and we should do the same no matter what so why is it that Christians are so hostile toward the homosexual community? telling them that they are gonna burn in hell or that God hates them( which I certainly don't believe) I mean God made us all in his own image he loves us all the same just as we are and he wants us all to follow his lead. SO tell me is it wrong for me to believe in same sex marriages? Does it make me an ungodly person who's gonna go to hell? I've been struggling with those to questions for quite sometime and I personally stand firm in my beliefs whether or not people don't approve of them and I'm not gonna change it .... So thanks in advance for answering my question
