...wouldn't they leave him alone? Do you think that too many prayers would be a burden to him? I love this quote by George Carlin:

"I've often thought people treat God rather rudely, don't you? Asking trillions and trillions of prayers every day. Asking and pleading and begging for favors. Do this, gimme that, I need a new car, I want a better job. And most of this praying takes place on Sunday His day off. It's not nice. And it's no way to treat a friend." George Carlin

I regret to inform you, that us saying, "There is no God," is much like the Christians we are going againsts, "God did it." Don't you think? We should revise it, or at least use it sparingly...use it only as our last resort. We should be able to give out theistic answers to those questions, (Such as how people do in debates...use the other parties stance against them.) I do that...maybe we should all do it? I'm not tryin' to change the rest of you guys...just saying...we're almost starting to sound like thesits...and that's disturbing in and out of itself...we're attributing every religious question with, "God does not exist," just like how all the Christians are saying, "God did it," to scientific questions....please...stop...I beg you before you turn into the ones you're goin' up against!!!

and please be logical here... like just don't say religion is dumb. Being one thing because the other is what you consider wrong is not a valid reason for being the first thing

It speaks about The "virgin" mary, jesus and some other religiousy stuff,
this is not meant to be offensive.
I am agnostic, so generally do not believe in god or jesus or any of that stuff, please do not try to convert me. I am just curious.
Also, if anybody has seen the musical "Jesus Christ Superstar", could they tell me their religious opinion. I hear that it is controversial because it claims that Judas went to heaven and that jesus told him to betray him.
Is this true?
DaVinci Code or Jesus Christ Superstar.
Opinions?

Because everyone of His listeners believed in God. Today people are mislead. Someone said, "the devils biggest deception was to tell the world that he did not exist."

If anyone has manmade beliefs it would be that of the Protestant churches. Being they removed 7 books from the bible, use a bible that was authorized by King James, and not from God or the Holy Spirit,, they do not believe that they are COMMANDED to be baptized, they do not partake of the Eucharist as Jesus instructed, and they do not partake of the 7 sacraments given to us by Jesus Christ Himself. Do you agree?

The King james bible is said to have had 400 text revisions 26 years of the release date of 1611. Someone also told me that the book of Mormon has had almost 4000 revisions in less than 200 years. Why is this so?

Man: Hiroshima
--------------------->God wins!
God: Eternal Torment

Man: The Holocaust
--------------------->God wins!
God: Eternal Torment

According to Christians, God ALSO wins the battle between good and evil, but what side is he on?

I just can't think of anything that any human or even humanity as a whole has ever done that is worse than God burning even ONE person in Hell for E-T-E-R-N-I-T-Y...you know, "eternity;" the absolute LONGEST amount of time that is possible. Burning. On fire. Lots of pain. More than any pain ever experienced in the flesh. So, REALLY bad, right?

Can you?

How many times did Jesus, Paul, or the Apostles or prophets get blasphemed, jailed, lashed, or imprisoned for telling the truth. Jesus spoke to those who didn't believe him, and they wanted to kill him, and they later did, along with Peter, other disciples, and prophets. For those who are offended by my words on evolution, don't be. I didn't used to know or believe either. Ron Carlson's Audio on - Evolution vs Creation will show without a doubt that evolution did not happen.
I fully expected the rejection of this message from athiests. If one person takes time, with an open mind, studies the evidence, they will realize they have been lied to since school. And like Paul, why should I be avoid your anger(those of you who said so) . Am I trying to please you or God? If by showing people they are being lied to,and revealing the truth, I please God.
Thanks to the Christians who replied sensibly. Not just ones who agree, but the ones who remind me to be humble before God and people.
