How many times did Jesus, Paul, or the Apostles or prophets get blasphemed, jailed, lashed, or imprisoned for telling the truth. Jesus spoke to those who didn't believe him, and they wanted to kill him, and they later did, along with Peter, other disciples, and prophets. For those who are offended by my words on evolution, don't be. I didn't used to know or believe either. Ron Carlson's Audio on - Evolution vs Creation will show without a doubt that evolution did not happen.
I fully expected the rejection of this message from athiests. If one person takes time, with an open mind, studies the evidence, they will realize they have been lied to since school. And like Paul, why should I be avoid your anger(those of you who said so) . Am I trying to please you or God? If by showing people they are being lied to,and revealing the truth, I please God.
Thanks to the Christians who replied sensibly. Not just ones who agree, but the ones who remind me to be humble before God and people.

I am a Christian. I appreciate that you believe that Jesus is the one and only savior. Born of the Virgin, suffered under Pilate and rose on the third day. He that believe in him shall have everlasting life.
That is all good!
Dinosaurs existed, as did neanderthals, wooly mammoths etc. Geologists can place events in history, floods etc by strata in the soil.
You can still be a Christian without being ignorant. The Old Testament is the Jewish version of Greek & Roman mythology. It explains things they could not understand with "Greater Powers".
Where is that link for NASA's proof the world is younger than 10,000 years old.
I'm trying to be nice, but that is frickin funny!
And I agree with someone else, Your Lost.
Try a real church that doesn't meet in a motel room.
And please DON'T, er never mind, see what that Kool-=Aid is all about.

Bless you for taking a stand and speaking truth in a not so kind world. I know it is hard and sometimes lonely speaking for what is right and often a person feel alone. You are not. I know we were created by the One who created all things by just speaking them into being. The Bible says I was fearfully and wonderfully made. It also says that while I was still in my mother's womb HE knew me. Besides that, I think too many people mistake evolution for adaption. We all adapt to our environment and change takes place - but that doesn't mean we evolved from apes.

While yes I agree with you fundamentally on your stance, this is a "forum" question as a statement.
Your words "If by showing people they are being lied to,and revealing the truth, I please God."
I say "There are none so blind as those who will not see".
Yet if one be won....only time will tell.
Also, it is easier for a person to believe a lie than the truth, especially when the truth is a hard one.

May the peace of God be with you always along with the other fruits of His spirit which you may see for yourself at Galatians 5:21, 22. You certainly are on the right track for everlasting life!

To believe that evolution did not happen simply verifies the denial in those that have been religiously programed to believe in a mythical story of violence greed and control, an evil religious system that has oppressed mankind since it's conception, every top clergy today including our pope know that none of it was ever true and that is a fact, but it is one hell of a money maker.

I am a Christian and I believe in some evolution not all of it but some. I do believe that GOd created the earth and heaven. I believe that he created man in His own image and that we did not evolve from any other things.

"I fully expected the rejection of this message from athiests."
Why atheists? The vast majority of Christians accept the reality of evolution just as they accept all the other sciences. It is only the Old Testament Fundamentalists, not Christians, who reject science.

They think we're peculiar. They hate us because we're not of this world, we are a part of His world, God's kingdom. As long as He is a part of you you'll be hated by people of this world. Don't worry all that you suffered, all that you went through will be worth it, God will reward you in Heaven. I like what you said about you trying to please God and not someone else.

You should remember that we are to love our enemies. He doesn't say to agree or to submit to them but we are to show them God's love through us. But you are right about the response we can expect. Jesus said we would have his kind of peace and that certainly wasn't the outward kind.
John 14:27
Peace I leave with you, my peace I give unto you: not as the world giveth, give I unto you. Let not your heart be troubled, neither let it be afraid.
