They kill out of love. Really! Read the bible. For he so loved the world he killed is only son.
I tell the truth and they get pissed. "It wasn't like that". Yes it was.

George Bush claims to be a Christian. Only God knows if that's true. He does not represent Christianity as president, but rather is the leader of a secular government which does not profess to act out of Christian principles. The United States is not a Christian theocracy. George Bush is not a Christian leader.

There is so much wrong with this logic I dont even know where to start other than to say
1) we arent over there for nothing
2) Christianity is not defined by those who strive to follow it. That would be like me looking at the messy desk of an IBM employee and saying that IBM was a disorganized company. Big jump there

Bush is Commander in Chief of the military and can command them to fight to defend America's borders without recrimination.
Love is the basis of Christianity. Christians are human, therefore not perfect, just forgiven.
Terrorism on American soil was the reason and Bush has kept it out of our back yard and kept it in theirs. You really sound like you are grateful....NOT!!! Shame on you.
Ask yourself when does love stop and hate begin? You are doing what you are asking.

War has been around since biblical days. Someone has to fight in the war. And if people didn't they wouldn't volunteer to fight. And just because your a Christian doesn't mean you can't make mistakes. People act like just because we are Christians that we are perfect the whole reason we became a Christian is because we needed a Savior. We needed deliverance from sin and a sinful nature. Stop thinking that we don't make mistakes people!

Jesus forgave the theif on the cross but he didn't take him off the cross. I am for the death penalty. Just because you forgive a sin doesn't mean that it goes unpunished.
As for the no reason. Almost every non-christian friend I had was practically tearing there hair out after 9-11 insisting that Bush should be blowing up Iraq. When he starts sending the troops over they start complaining about it.

The whole subject of kiling and when is it allowable is a large question. But Christians who sin and commit murder do it for the same reasons non Christians do. Because they sinned. Is it really that difficult to figure out? No disrespect intended.

Here's the secret, all MEN are never free of sin, whether they're Christians or non-Christians. We are a sinful nature. LOVE is the basis for Christianity. If every person in the world lived by Jesus' laws, there would be no murder. But the fact remains, we are a sinful nature.

First you know a Christian by their works. George Bush can say he is a christian but it doesn't make it true.
second congress voted for this action George Bush did not force them to vote that way.
third who says it was for no reason tell that to the families who's loved ones died on 9/11. Tell that to the thousands of women who were persecuted under the taliban regime. Tell that to all the Kurds that Sadam was torturing. I bet they don't think it was for nothing.

No one is perfect. Christians in leadership positions are not perfect. Simply because a person is a Christian (or professes to be) does not (nor should not) reflect on the entire population that professes to be of that faith or belief. There are Christians who are opposed to the war and Christians who are supportive of it. Sweeping generalizations are flawed logically.

all of our Presidents in all wars are and were Christians. I know hundreds of Christians and not one of them has killed people. How preposturous. It is evil that causes murder, not Christians. Evil is from the devil, a real fallen angel.
