"what is easier to say you are healed or your sins are forgiven?" He was saying when someone is healed that is exactly what has happened is that their sins were forgiven. We love to hear about how people were healed but we want to hold their sins to them? I say that if men can heal through the name of Jesus then, they can also forgive sins--just like he said. Now, where is your argument?

I find so many problems with evolution, I don't know where to begin. Please explain to me. Let me start with these questions...

I understand that you believe that we share a common ancestor with apes. My question is how come all of the creatures became humans or apes, and non of them are stuck a few stages back, and so visible to us today?

Also, how come we have dinosaur bones, but not the bones of transitional animals that would have existed after, shouldnt these bones be everywhere?

I am an atheist, when i was young and desperate for something I would have asked god.

But if i did actually hear a response to my plea i am sure i would go mad!

How can a voice inside my head be talking to me?

Yet millions of christians pray all the time?

It can't be that they all hear a clear voice in their head answering their problems?

Is prayer simply a calming process, were all worrys vanish because you belive god will protect you from harm?

Thus in this relaxed state you make time to think for yourself?

If your a christian have you ever actually heard god replying like some one talking to you?

Jesus called God Allaha (aramaic)

'And in their footsteps We sent Jesus the son of Mary, confirming the Law that had come before him: We sent him the Gospel: therein was guidance and light, and confirmation of the Law that had come before him: a guidance and an admonition to those who fear Allah.' (Qur'an)

Both born of mortal and God.

Both had trials and tribulations.

Both taught lessons to mortal men.

Both died a death by being betrayed by a close person.

Both died a martyr.

I mean a lot is different between them, but there is a lot that is similar too. Would not you think so as well?

If one accepts the reasons of ppl of other faiths is generally judged as a relativist by the most bigots. Why? Does a closed mind equate with truth?

I realize that everyone has a right to their opinion. I welcome sincere responses even if they are not along the lines of my thinking - as long as they apply to the posted question. But so often I find that people are just being hateful for hate's sake. Why do you think this is?

In today's CHristian music, do you think we are sugar coating the truth sometimes? (im a little frustrated with today's Christian songs)

Also, while sharing The Truth with some non Christians and former Christians, do we ourselves sugar coat Christianity?

I mean I'm not saying we should force things down people's throat, cuz thats not what Jesus would want us to do and thats not what he did either when he was around

Buf if we earnestly and genuinely reach out to non Christians and former Christians and share the Truth and leave it at that, don't you think that's enough? It would just light a spark or bring some curiosity

If we just talk to them and pray and let God do his work in them, then I believe we have done our jobs and welcomed another person into our Christian family

OK I am not going to lie. I have been a jerk to alot of people. People that I now value friendships with and I feel super guilty about it. Though I have repented for these sins that I have committed and I have asked for forgiveness from my friends, I just can't get over the guilt. I feel that I might have ruined what could have been a really good thing in some cases. So how many times do you apologize to someone, and how do you make it up to them?

She wears a ring as a sign of her commitment ot abstinence from sex until marriage. The school said the ring fell outside its uniform policy, which makes exceptions for Muslims wearing head scarves and Sikhs wearing steel bracelets. She's going to court because she said it violates her religious freedom.

Opinions anyone?
