Does she not realize that just because a question is not directly asked about jesus, doesn't mean that it's not related to religion?

These SAME people erroneously profess "THERE is no God!, There is no God!"
People seem to spend endless hours on here attacking peoples religion and their God. It's as if they're possessed or something.

isn't that approaching something akin to say....insanity?

If you've already left it, how old were you and how did your parents/family take it?

If you havent, (you dont even have to be thinking about it)...if you WERE to, for some reason leave it, how do you think your family would take the news?

If more Christians would believe like this, and encourage others to do the same, I might even drop some change in their bucket...

They were not actually added until 1516 A. D.! ...."Yet it claims to have given us the Bible in 397 A.D." I found that quite interesting.

I've seen alot of people quoting from verses I've never even heard of, so I decided to find out where this stuff is coming from.

take a gander.

This person is married to a woman, whom I have never met. He has two children, a 19 year old daughter who is in college, and a 15 year old son.

This person separated from his wife for two years, and is now with her again supposedly for the children, and will end the relationship when the youngest is 18...or so he says. When he was separated from his wife, he spent every other weekend with her and the children in the home that he provided for the family.

The extramarital affair is a homosexual relationship of nearly five years...his homosexual partner is aware of the situation, and puts up with it, because, "he loves him".

This person is a Rush Limbaugh loving Republican, and is actively involved in the local Baptist church.

He makes time for the other person in his life by saying he is working late, or taking business trips. He separates his life, by having his family live in a far out suburb, and the other person in the city.

What would you do, if anything?

Did this concept evolve? When and where did the 'law of reciprocity' first show itself?

There must be some point of origin, right?

Also, does it point to some objective moral standard?

I think God spoke to me. I was at church well in a church it was just the pastor and me talking about our daily issues not christian stuff just about life in general, he had a bible in his hand, he accidentally dropped it he picked it up and said ima put a bookmark right their, i was like why? he said well Just in case that is a verse im supposed to read, then he ended up reading it and it said be Angry but Sin not. later on that night i went home and I got very pissed i dont remember what it was about, but i feel like that was God givin me a warning of things to come which diod come then after i calmed down i rememberd that verse. it was so weird you ever had somethin like that happen?

Sarah, a 15 year old from my highschool has just been diagnosed with leukemia. On saturday she was feeling really sick so they took her to the doctor on a hunch that she may have pneumonia...it turned out to be leukemia. She is a strong christian girl and I know she is in many peoples prayers right now, and I ask you to pray for Sarah as well. Thank you, and God bless.

then how can you claim anything is a miracle? if you believe in miracles, you must believe there is some supernatural power working to make it happen. and if that's the case, you can't say that god gives all of us free will.

I'm not non-religious, but don't attend church regularly. I'd like to believe Heaven exists, but just don't know for sure. Does that make me a bad person, or does God forgive such questions as being human? I think some people say they totally believe in things just to feel God will accept them into Heaven when their days on Earth are at an end. What do you think? My mother recently died and I sure would feel better if I felt more sure that she is in a wonderful place at the side of God........

My great great grandfather was Jewish. He married a Catholic and had my great grandmother. My great grandmother was raised Catholic. Her son, my grandfather rejected the Catholic church as well did his daughter, my mother. I have always just assumed to be Catholic although I am not currently attending mass regulary. I am interested in my family history and Jewish ties. In the past I worked at a Jewish summer camp and have read many books about the religion.
Again, my question is, "Am I Jewish at all, or I am I such a tiny bit that it doesn't matter anymore?

Ever notice how scientifically atheists don't believe in God, yet it's the central theme of all their jokes? So basically they are a disbeliever 9-5, and after that they have more faith than a Christian?

Ever notice how Christians are always trying to save the atheists that don't want to be saved? I mean come on guys, teach someone that actually cares.

Ever notice how atheists on here never actually rebuttle pascals wager, all they ever say is 'drink?'

Ever notice how Christians are always praying for the atheists? Then why are there still atheists???

Ah...
