yes, as long as the prisoner has the privlidge of reading. just mail it to the jail, and if you have questions or concerns, give the jail a call to find out exactly what you need to do to ensure it gets to him/her. Good luck and that is awesome that you are reaching out to her!

I don't see why not...

But there's no universal mail rule for all jails.

I suggest you simply call the jail and ask them.

Edit - I can tell you this, to kinda give you an example...

I had a friend who went to jail for drugs, and asked me to send him a Big Book (The AA book thing). He told me that it had to be new, and could not have anything written in it... i.e., I couldn't write, "To so and so, from Christy," inside the cover or anything.

I would think that more than likely, they won't keep you from sending the book, but they may put restrictions on the condition of the book and how it is sent.

permit's see. there is a lot to % between. Joseph replaced into no longer the 1st to have a visit love he have been given and to get an account from former occupants of this land. there replaced into no archaeological information for the claims interior the e book. there is not any usual language as "reformed egyptian". That Jews could write their books in this language. it relatively is in simple terms a initiate! it relatively is not any longer a respected company on maximum of fronts. Why no longer Mormonism? The Bible is a respected e book and truthful as attested by lots information.

You have to check with the jail. Each state is different. They have changed a lot since 9/11

As a former Mormon who had friends that went to jail, the answer is absolutely yes, pending the prisoner is not in lock down and has book privileges. As religious material the BoM is constitutionally protected and authorized in any prison.

Most likely. Ask the jail. They probably have a number you can call for friends and relatives and they can tell you how to do it.

Sounds like a question for the officials at the jail....

As stated above, each state and each level of prison has different rules for inmates receiving packages. There should be no problem, unless she is in high security. You should call the individual prison and get their mail regulations.

You should call the jail and ask. I have heard that this is possible.

Of course you can send it to jail. I think we should send as many of them as possible to jail.
