Sarah, a 15 year old from my highschool has just been diagnosed with leukemia. On saturday she was feeling really sick so they took her to the doctor on a hunch that she may have pneumonia...it turned out to be leukemia. She is a strong christian girl and I know she is in many peoples prayers right now, and I ask you to pray for Sarah as well. Thank you, and God bless.

No. Prayer is a waste of time. Even if there was a god, which there isn't, he wouldn't do popularity contests to grant wishes.

Instead of wasting time on getting people to talk to air, try spending that time with your friend. I'm sure she'll appreciate that a lot more. Maybe you can help with her chores when she's too weak from chemo to do it herself.

Actions work better than prayers.

Lord Jesus, we ask you to comfort the family of this young woman, Sarah. We ask that you intervene in her chemo treatments and allow her body to accept the medication. Heal her body Lord, if it is YOUR will. In Jesus' name, Amen.
