I was there in 1996 and found the rooms in relative darkness, with the sound of water from a central fountain continuously running very delightfully tranquil. There was also an outdoor rectangular passage, which was aromatic with the scent of all different and exotic flowers. At those moments and over all truly, I, a Western woman did not feel I would have minded being one of the wives to one Sultan . . and living in a certain silent understanding among my other sister-wives!

Like "if God is so perfect why would He send unbelievers to hell"
Again " if God can do anything why doesn't He stop wars?
Another" if God can heal why did someone I love die?
Like when will I stop using God as a crutch when I say I don't believe Him because someone may think I am "not cool"

I not only believe in God, but I know for a fact that he exists.

But, here's a question for non-believers:

Why must atheists always attack certain stories in the Bible?

An example would be foolish atheists attacking the story of a man who was executed for the crime of gathering sticks on the sabbath.

Hello? The law of Moses was new. The Jews were just recently freed from Egypt as slaves by Moses, so the man who was killed was used as an example to take the word of God seriously.

He had to have been killed.

If he didn't, then what would stop other people from working on the sabbath or doing other sins?

Atheists also say stuff like, "Would you support a law like that now?"

Hello? We live in different times. The situation back then was completely different.

That man's execution was perfectly justified.

I was dating a girl a year back. She's Mexican Catholic and I'm Pagan. She's not a person who thinks her religion is the only one in the world. But she doesn't act like that religion means anything to her. Doesn't go to a church, she does drugs, etc. But she actually told me that if we ever had a child, she's raising the child to be Catholic and I had no say in it whatsoever. Of course, we're not together today, but not because of this. Whole different thing. Anyway, she doesn't follow any of the Catholic "rules", but she's said that the child will go up like that. Wouldn't that be considered Atheist or something? I've heard a COUPLE people say that.

God's love is indeed perfect. In case of any love, it has to be a two way relationship. For example, if you love one person and you keep expecting the person to love you, and you dont get a response at all, that relationship will never work.
God has given everything for us, from creating us, providing food and water, oxygen , even to the extent of sending His son as a sacrifice and to tell to us about His love.
Dont you think, now its our turn to reciprocate?

I prayed like crazy when I realized I was losing my faith, but.. nothing. If God loves me and doesn't want me to burn in hell, why didn't he help me to regain my faith? I sincerely and repeatedly for his help.

God works so many miracles in peoples lives. I have heard AIDS, Cancer, and even age had reversed in people's lives. I have got all that I have asked God. One of my friend dint have baby for 5 years, I have seen her sadness for many months when she waits for it.
And when she went to a meeting of Bernard Blessing, he prayed for her in Jesus name and told she'l have a baby and very next month she was conceived.
His miracles never end...
The sun's light and rise every morning is a miracle ..
The tree buried on the root in the ground is a miracle ..
Every baby formed with hands and nose and eyes is a miracle..
Has any made made anything so wonderful ??

I am sorry but I used Judah to make you come here cause I know you knew the answer.
A) We know that a man can only die when God wants it.
B) Many people die from human hand.
C) Q: Is not the man who killed the other man one of the many weapons with wich God gets his hands on the victim? So why punish the ones who kill if it is God's will that he die? If we shot a man right now and he died we would do what God wants, but if he survives we should be put behind bars cause we hurt him for no reason. "I heard Jesus tell me to waste that mother fudger! This is not inteded to mock God or in anyway seem like I am throwing daggers at the bible.

Here's the question:

If God's love is Perfect. If God is Perfect. If God loves us so much he knows every hair on our head like it says in the bible. If gods love for us is stronger than anyone on this earth has for us now than how in the world no matter how bad or wrong someone has been could he send one of his children to a burning torcherous fiery hell? I mean I know my parents are not even near perfect like God and yet I know that I could do anything and while they may be mad dissapointed and what not they would not torture or inflict pain and suffering on me, So how do you reconcile this depiction og God to your faith?

If He does, how come we still live...? He knows when we're gonna sin and still let's us live... He knows where we're going to go after we'll die and still he let's us live... why?! Is He not sure if we will or will not go to the place He thought of (Heaven or Hell) and so He let's us live until He is sure... wtf?!
