If He does, how come we still live...? He knows when we're gonna sin and still let's us live... He knows where we're going to go after we'll die and still he let's us live... why?! Is He not sure if we will or will not go to the place He thought of (Heaven or Hell) and so He let's us live until He is sure... wtf?!

As to the rest of your comments? It is called 'free will'. God knows all the possibilities and you have the right to make those choices. It is up to you what you choose.
You want to reject God - you can. You want to accept God - you can.
Keyword is *YOU*. It is all YOUR CHOICE.

God does know everything. The answer to the question, is that you can make a choice, a decision, right up until the last minute of life. He allows you the chance. Does he know what you will do with that choice.....already?? Yes, but the offer still stands, as presented.
You must understand that he already knows your heart, where you place your priorities in Life. For example; You pretty much know an idiot when you run into him/her. But you allow them the chance to change and welcome the change as well. After a period of time, you may see the change. If on the other hand you see no change in him/her, you simply accept they will never change. But...the offer still stands.
I would imagine that God grieves terribly, as he listens to your thoughts and knows you will never change or take up his offer.
