My heart's desire?
If I had to pick one, and only one, it would be to be remembered as an honorable and kind, if flawed, man when I die.
I would want to know my Ancestors smiled at me and were proud.
If I were to pick a current one, it is to maintain my own honor in this life, battered and bent as it is, to stick by my personal morals, no matter what. If I am called "rigid" so be it. I want to know that I have, despite my faults, made my father (long deceased) and my Grandmaster (who is dying) proud and that my mother, had she known me (she died birthing me) would have been proud of me.
I want to have lived, and died, by my own personal honor and moral code.
That is my hearts desire.

The Bible says that where your desire is there your heart is also. So if you live to make money, money is your god. If you live to travel, traveling is your god. If you recognize that you were put on this earth to spread the gospel then your heart is with Jesus Christ. Everyone must make a living, we all have jobs to do and the Bible says to do it to the best of our ability. But after the job is done then we must live for the Lord. Give our tithe of money , time, talent, etc. If you stop and think about what you were put on earth for you will realize that your job is to bring others into the kingdom of God. Each one of us does it in a different way. Some people do it by example, never saying a word about their Christianity, but live it every day that they are on this earth. Others preach, others teach, others befriend the lost and take them to church. We each have our way. Some people would rather see a sermon than hear one. So God sends the strong silent type that lives their lives to the Glory of God and others see this and follow, some need to hear the truth, only God knows what we need. Follow your heart and you will find your desire. If it is not Christ I would advise some change. You will be much happier.

My heart desire...Every morning when I wake and see my daughter eyes and beautiful smile when she enters the room. Knowing I earned a spot in her heart forever is the greatest thing to a daddy.
Something I will cherish for all my days left to come...

Unattainable: for hatred to be erased. Beyond that, the slow, painful and very public death of every child abuser and molester everywhere.
