It seems so stupid that so many are controlled with fear based religion. Why not live life and enjoy? Why are people so afraid to burn forever that they turn into idiots, backstab friends, destroy perceived enemies, all in the name of religion? When is it gonna stop?

If you get burned, oh well, it happens, what can you do?

But why be so afraid that it destroys your life?

I'm kind of atheist, I believe in the christian values for my family, and bring my boys up in a christian household, but I struggle with believing whether or not god exists.

I want to cook a meal for the islamic family who live across the road.

I understand halal... sort of.

But would it be seen as acceptable? Are there any religious reasons for them not to accept food for me?

I know the jewish can't eat with me cause they consider it "kosher" but what about islamic people?

According to Vedas,when a person is born he/she is committed to complete his life based on Dharma (Individual obligation with respect to caste, social custom, civil law, and sacred law) and Karma (The total effect of a person's actions and conduct during the successive phases of the person's existence, regarded as determining the person's destiny). A lot of Christians are nuts, they say that they would rather be persecuted and shot. It is easy to say now, but when the times comes some maybe will back away for fear of being shot and murdered and some may deny Jesus, as I hope that does not happen.But you never know.Peter in the face of death denied Jesus, but he had a chance to repent later, a lot of people do not get that chance. so Christians would you rather be put in that situation or be at the wedding supper of the lamb. I would rather be at the wedding super of the lamb. as there you will be able to see the Face of Jesus and the Father.Another question do you have to repent of your sins everyday? Do you get left or end up in hell for any unconfessed sin, as it is hard to get into Heaven.

Christians are to love everyone, it's the most important thing Jesus wants us to do. Seems to me that Christians often single gays out above people who have other problems, like adulterers and other sinners. Why?

When someone says Muslims are violent, why do they get angry and start killing innocent people and burn down buildings to prove they are "not violent?" That is like saying, "How dare you call me a pervert?! I will prove that I'm not a pervert by going to an elementary school and taking off my pants..."
