I think he would have used one of his best Jewish accountants.
And he DEFINITLY would have had some offshore accounts ready, so he could get some good interest while people were waiting for him to come back.

Jesus was literally the King of the Jews. His father Joseph would have been King as Christ was born. Rome occupied Jerusalem at the time of Jesus. Tax evasion was a rebellious act against an occupying nation. As for offshore banking, Jesus uses only fish to to that.

The only example we have of him dealing with taxes was a story of him paying them, not in evading them.
