When I was a kid, we used to play with the Ouija board, and we swore that it worked, even though it always felt as though someone were pushing it. But I'm not sure. Houdini really wanted to prove that seances worked because he wanted to be able to communicate with the living world after he died. He knew that his work was dangerous and he would take real risks. So he hoped that if he died suddenly he would be able to talk to his wife. But he went from one mystic to another, from one psychic to another, to people who claimed that they could speak with the dead, and he debunked them all. This leads me to think that seances do not work, and that usually those who pretend that they do are often fakes and will scam you out of your money.

They do work. But they are not somehting to work with unless you have th proper understanding of such matters. Without knowing precisely what you are doing you would be unable to get anything useful by way of messages from either the ouija board or the seance. Anything that came through would be either too garbled ro be understaood, or incomplete...or something enitrely opposite of what you were seeking. Either way it is not likely to be a pleasant experience.

From personal experience, I can vouch for what Wyzguy82 said. Yes they work... Sorta. There's definately something unseen at work. But if you use Ouija boards often enough and learn the modus operandi of the unseen forces, they decide you're boring because they can't trick you any longer and they tend to ignore you. It's happened to me.
I used to "play" all the time with my friend. He alsways let himself get worked up and he'd wake up with unexplained scratches and other marks that the spirits on the Ouija board would take credit for. But they left me alone completely. Sure they would make threats, but they were all empty.

It's not going to really work unless you have a legitimate reason and intent. Sure, playing with ouija boards and pretending to have a seance might seem fun...but you might also summon some unwelcome spirits unintentionally.

This is my experience with the Ouija board. My Mom had one from a long time ago. My sister and I were in our early teens and we tried to break it (the board) in two but it wouldn't it was all fiberous and stuff. It broke but not in two. We then tried to burn it. That was summer.
The X-Mas of that year (1992) our house burned down on x-mas eve. My sister and I never told my folks about what we did and IDK if it has any bearing on what happened but as an adult I sometimes look back on that day and think WTF happened?

Both are not based on logic, but rather emotions. It's amazing how we are so easily impressed if our questions are anwered correctly. However, we tend to omit wrong information and focus our attention on what's been answered correctly. Don't fall in to this trap! These are just novelties for people who are seeking both answers and/or entertainment.

I tried it.. its scary somehow if you think that spirits are there with you all alone! and its not a good thing to play with spirits.. leave them in peace, so they leave you in peace.
But give it a try if you are so interested .. don't get addicted though.
Good luck

Well, if you have no purpose for it, then it probably won't do you any good... meaning either it won't work or will work negatively. Naivity in a forest of wolves, is a forest fed.

yes they do, but if you want to experiment with this kind of stuff, you are on dangerous ground - this is the ground where evil angels love to walk...
I would advice you to steer very clear of this kind of stuff. It is evil.
