Some churches take it to mean that we should go door to door to teach about church traditions and doctrines. Others think it means that Paul went from house to house of the believers to teach them...much as we might go to our weekly Bible studies at the church on Wednesday or some other night.

I was salted with fire and no what the pains of damnation are. You people who live like their is no punishment your !@#$$%. Life on earth is short the soul never dies. For you with all this wisdom, the soul is you. This is the fruit if you will. For you from me, The pains of damnation are referd to as fire because that is one of the pains but others are so bad fire is the only way to describe it,Horror. Remember a person reaps what they sew, spiritually gatherd up and sewn in the soul. Diferen't places of punishment dungeons if you will no lie. Words spoken against the Holy Spirit will not be forgiven in this age or the age to come. Read the parable about the weeds being placed in Bundels that Jesus spoke then read Revelations Death and Hades giving up the dead in them and then thrown into lake of fire another place and final judgment. Please listen Im not lieing.

I'm quoting here what some atheist said about religion.

"Of _course_ atheists read religious books. How else do you think we know so much about their nonsense? "
MC HUmmer

Why would anyone with common sense or a good education waiste their time reading something that was nonsense or something they didn't want to believe, (unless they were required by an instructor or teacher). The only people who would do that would be people with the intention of using it to decieve people. I have never waisted my time reading or learning about something that I thought was stupid or false doctrine. I don't want to be decieved and it serves no purpose to read something written by someone who was stupid or misinformed.

In my culture, we have a way of giving advice. It goes like this:

"I advice myself before I advice you"

Each advice we give, we say this. It is just to not let us turn into hypocrites or infect ourselves with ignorant and arragonce. So why don't we try this out? When giving advice we say "I advice myself before I advice you, it's wrong to judge others."

There's no harm in trying, we can turn into better people. More humble, more intelligent, less ignorant and so much more.

There's nothing wrong with trying this out, so why don't you give it a go? Love and peace?

Exodus
4:24 At a Lodging place on the way, the LORD met Moses* and was about to kill him.
25 But Zipporah took a flint knife, cut off her son's foreskin and touched Moses' feet with it**. "Surely, you are a bridegroom of blood to me," she said.
26 So the LORD let him alone. (At that time she said "bridegroom of blood," referring to circumcision.)

* Or Moses' son; Hebrew him.
** Or "and drew near Moses' feet"

Will appreciate all perspectives on this: Jewish, Christian or Muslim.

Thank you! and Peace be with you.

If you believe everything in the bible you will want to know this. You may not have been shown it yet. Jesus foretold the title of the Messiah on His return Mk 8:38. Ezekiel gave the name Ez 43 and Daniel gave the date that Jesus referred to in Mt 24:3,15 "Tell us, when will this be, and what will be the sign of your coming and of the close of the age?"15 "So when you see the desolating sacrilege spoken of by the prophet Daniel, standing in the holy place (let the reader understand)".

11 And from the time that the continual burnt offering is taken away, and the abomination that makes desolate is set up, there shall be a thousand two hundred and ninety days.

Give yourself a chance.

For the meaning of this go to http://www.bupc.org or email me. I accept email.

Shouldn't "God's word" be free?

I have asked this before and what I am trying to say is that atheist and theist are right about God's existance or non-existance. God is so evasive from universal rules that the universal laws of "existing" or "not existing" doesn't even apply to him. God is both too powerful to be real and at the same time God is so powerful that he is unreal. Where do we go once atheism and theism are both believed to be right? Imagine what kind of power that is where the terms "existing" and "not existing" doesn't even apply, it blows the mind.

What difference does it make? God has his plan, and that plan is running down its track like a freight train. If God has a plan, then everyone who died in the Holocaust died for a reason. They had to die, and each death had meaning. Therefore, Holocaust victims could pray all day, and they would still die. The idea of a "plan" makes the idea of a "prayer-answering relationship with God" ridiculous. There is nothing you can do to change the plan -- no amount of prayer will help -- because your death will have meaning and your death will cause side-effects that are also part of the plan.

I grew up christian and have grown up and now totally hate the thought of god. I mean if all this stuff is happening in the world then why would he do anything, i mean there are so many times i just wanted to give up on life because there just isnt hope, this world is full of corruption and pain. No one truly cares about one another, but only about themselves. We have one life and why waste it worshipping a god that doesnt care for us. ive read every religion out there and its all false hope, a saftey blanket for old people to fall back onto. I mean go to church one time and what will you see kids forced to go and old people about to die or goody goodies that pretend to be all "christian" and they are really hipocrites on the outside of the church.

Many of my Muslim friends told me that prophet Muhammed had NEVER had any sexual relationships outside of marriage. However, when I read the Quran and the biography of prophet Muhammed, I found that he had two concubines (sex slaves):
1- The first one was "Maria" who was a Christian sex slave given to him as a "gift" from the king of Egypt. The history tells that prophet Muhammed had sex with her outside of marriage until she gave birth to his son (IBRAHIM) and then prophet Muhammed freed her and married her.

2- The second one was Reyhana Bint Shimon, whom prophet Muhammad enslaved during one of his many wars and refused his proposal for marriage (like what he did with two other slaves) and preferred to stay in slavery instead of marrying him.

Does anyone know why Muslims say that prophet Muhammed never had sexual relationships outside marriage although he had those two sex slaves?

Regardless of the circumstances of your birth or who your parents are, God had a plan in creating you, right? Under this view of the universe, God plans everything."You saw me before I was born and scheduled each day of my life before I began to breathe. Every day was recorded in your book!" [Psalm 139:16]

What this means is that God has pre-planned every abortion that has taken place on our planet.

If the concept of "God's plan" is true, you can first of all see that God wants us to be aborting children. Every single abortion is planned by God, so God must be doing it for a reason. Second, you can see that both the mother who requests the abortion and the doctor who performs it are blameless. Since it is God who planned the abortion of the child ,the mother and doctor are simply puppets are fulfilling God's plan. If not, then God doesn't control the universe. Then God is not all powerfull. Then God isn't God.

I normally don't write long passages but I have to say this. Everyone makes mistakes but some Christians single people out as so-called Christians when they don't live up to the biblical standards. I don't know anyone who does. I asked a question earlier about making judgments vs. opinions. Actually, I think people thought I meant the non-believers' comments about Christians. To tell you the truth I see it more commonly among Christians speaking about other Christians. I am far from perfect but at least I realize that. That is why I appreciate so that my Savior loves me and everyone despite our shortcomings. And I work on loving everyone as He does daily. That's hard sometimes I'll admit, but when Christians lose their focus, I would never call them a so-called Christian. Their salvation does not come from me. But if you are a Christian that feels this way, how do you define a so-called Christian?

Its true, there is a religion called this.
1. The members worship noodles.
2. Prayers are ended with the word RAmen rather than Amen.
3. Members are promised a stripper factory and a beer volcano in heaven.
4. The Spaghetti Monster is invisible & can pass through matter with ease.
5. Every Friday is a holiday.
6. The serve a plate of spaghetti & sauce at communion.
The religious leaders of today say this is a cult & its growing! What do you think of this religion?

What I find strange is that the last time God was really active in everyones lives was 2000 years ago. Today he's kind of an absentee father. When was the last time he did something major, like locusts or burning bushes?

And please don't tell me something like "God does things everyday in little ways in peoples lives". I know he does. But what happened to the Grand Scale things of the Old Testament? Why no more of that?

Today in the shower I recieved Jesus!

While I was getting clean, a great white light descended upon me, and threw me to my knees. It then put something long and hard in my mouth and down my thrroat, like it was trying to kill me!

Then it through me to the ground, and put that thing in my butt! It hurt so bad, I screamed for Jesus, and I heard, "Yeah, say my name!" After an hour of it pumping me, it tensed up, grabbed my throat, and my bottom got very warm inside.

It looked at me, while I cried on the ground and just said, "Yeah, I bet you liked me coming in you," and disappeared.
