It MUST be taken to the Catholic Church in Rome do be disposed of in a sanctimonious ritual that takes several days! If you don't do this you will surely burn forever!!!!

Give it to your local synagouge so that they can put it in a ganeeza which is a place where they bury papers that have Gods name written on it.

use it for a fire, use it for toilet paper or throw it out.
One exception - if it has ANY family tree information in it - PLEASE PLEASE keep the family tree info coz that is VERY VERY important.
And I do NOT mean the genealogies in the Bible itself - I mean the OWNERS personal family tree.

or donate it to a church or something..
