Since some theists when presented some points why God doesn't exist they'll go "LALALALALALA, I'M NOT LISTENING!"

Don't you think some Atheists does the same when presented some points why God exists? "LALALALALALALALALALA I'M NOT LISTENING!"

Different sides of the same coin I guess.

It's a matter of opinion.

"I'M NOT LISTENING, LA LA LA LA LA LA LA LA LA!!"

See what I did? I switched it up. The "la la la's" came AFTER the "I'm not listening".

Oh, and the one thing we all have in common is that we are all without belief in the existence of gods.

Atheists like me lack belief in any and all gods whereas atheists like yourself lack belief in the vast majority of gods (and here I admit that I'm assuming you believe in the Judeo-Christian deity from the Bible... and obviously I was somewhat wrong. At least you believe in the Abrahamic concept of God... so I was close!).

*edit* I perverted what? Ooooooh, I see. J.P., I think he might feel that I'm perverting him! *gasp* He's just scared to turn into a sexual deviant!

*edit again* Hee hee heeeeee... I made you do a flat forehead!

Atheists never switch off, they usually provide well thought out, coherent responses, that's why I keep coming back to R&S. There is no dogma as it isn't a faith system. It is merely a word that describes someone that doesn't believe in the existence of God. Atheists are also mostly rather open to new discoveries and theories, therefore are not so arrogant in their opinions and beliefs as Christians, which is kinda what dogmatic means.

I think atheists tend to be the most open-minded segment of the population. After all, they didn't accept a Christian or Islamic dogma handed to them by their parents. Being an atheist almost always requires an independence of thought in this world; being a believer almost always requires exactly the opposite.

LALALALALALALALALALA CAN'T HEAR YOU CAN'T HEAR YOU

No, not dogma, but I would say that.

Points why god exists tend to consist of
"It says so in the bible, which was written by god, so proving god exists"

or

"Look at a flower, it's obviously made by god"

In other words, no reasonable testable evidence.

As atheists deny the existence of God due to lack of evidence, I would assume that they are people of logic.

hence...

Dogma of Atheism = Science.

I may be wrong. I'm Catholic.

It's the logical default. Disbelief requires neither proof nor faith and it isn't any form of dogma. You ask for opinions yet the facts will remain facts regardless of what opinions are expressed.

I've never seen the "LALALALALALALA" syndrome in Atheists. They've reviewed the facts (never refused to listen) and came to a conclusion. Best I can tell, they are still listening (they're still here!) but still aren't getting any facts to change their mind.

I think Atheists can be dogmatic, in their constant struggle to prove there is nothing to prove.

Sure. "There is no deity of any kind by any name."

That's as close as you'll get to one, at least.

I don't think you've had any real conversations with Atheists.
