Maybe I grew up going to the wrong church, but my opinion has always been that the only reason people go to church is to avoid going to hell. If that is true, then isn't that completely selfish? What good comes from sitting an hour in a church listening to a guy reading out of a book you could read for yourself? I know people pray and stuff, but they could do that at home too. Wouldn't it be better to say - volunteer at a charity for an hour every Sunday?

Isn't the Bible just like any other ancient story? What makes it different?

And don't say 'do you believe the phone book's true' or 'do you believe your history books are true.' Firstly, these are books created TODAY. The Phone Book is not something I base my entire existence on. And History sources of the time are analyzed and looked at OBJECTIVELY against other sources, which the Bible is not.

And in case you claim that Jesus is God... remember that the man side of him is the one who chose to be crucified, suffered pain and died.

But GOD doesn't feel pain or die.

So according to you doctrine: Jesus (the man) saved you, not God.

This video is quickly making its way around the globe, and without surprise, finally made it on the Oprah Show this morning. It has been proven, that any New Age philosophy presented with excitement and popularity, will quickly catch on with the masses.

There are groups who call themselves Christians, and study from the Bible, such as New Thought Christian Rev. Michael Beckwith who appears in "The Secret" dvd. However, these "Christians" actually hold a Panentheistic belief system....much different than what's taught in God's Word. These days it's important to ask people who claim to be Christians, how they define Christianity.

However, if you are a Christian who believes In one God, Creator of all things, infinitely perfect and eternally existing in three persons: Father, Son, and Holy Spirit. what are your thoughts concerning those who believe the principles from "The Secret" can be mixed with Christianity, without straying from God's Word?

Listen to this illustration: There were two neighbours: There was a couple living next door who had children however abandon them(like Adam and Eve who abandon us and sin against God). The children were left alone with no one to provide for them or to offer protection. However rite next door lived a rich father who had a son. The father felt pity for the abandon children so he told his son to carry food supply to the children, would it not be rite for the children to give thanks to the son but mainly to the Father instead! This is so because the apostle said that the head of the Christ is God and there is another Scripture that says there is one God, there is no recording or scripture that says ther is three God in one! If there is could you show me that scripture in the Bible?

We sincerely believe that everything Christ (May the peace and blessings of God be upon him) preached was from God.
