First of all, I like to point out that freewill is a poorly defined word and has multiple meanings. Anyway my question is how do we have freewill if we are not independent from our genes, chemical make-up, socialization, environment? I am NOT a theist so don't change the subject.

Some people I know prayed that their family member dont get convicted. He got convicted but his family never mentioned the fact that their prayers failed

If a "God" created us and we have to "worship" him wont that mean his is egotistic? If a God is all knowing why would we have to woshship him, that makes no sense. If you live a good life he would know, and if have to worship him that would mean his is egotistic correct?

I believe many many more than 144,000 thousand people are to be saved and to go to Heaven as certain and chosen people from all generations have been chosen and received the gift of salvation.

I think many mis-understand what revelation is saying. It is talking about those who come out of the great tribulation and there is 12 thousand each from the 12 tribes of Israel. Well Israel has to do allot with end time prophecy's and the days leading up to Christ's return but let me give you my interpretation as to why these 144,000 people spoken of are from and taken out of Israel

There is a prophecy in Romans that says

And if they (Israel) do not persist in unbelief, they will be grafted in, for God is able to graft them in again. After all, if you were cut out of an olive tree that is wild by nature, and contrary to nature were grafted into a cultivated olive tree, how much more readily will these, the natural branches (Israel), be grafted into their own olive tree!

I do not want you to be ignorant of this mystery, brothers, so that you may not be conceited: Israel has experienced a hardening in part until the full number of the Gentiles has come in. And so all Israel will be saved, as it is written:
"The deliverer will come from Zion;
he will turn godlessness away from Jacob.
And this is[f] my covenant with them
when I take away their sins."

So when the full number of gentiles (anyone not a Jew) have been saved then the natural Branch's (Israel) in the end days will be grafted back in and so the 144,000 saved from the tribes of Israel will be people in Israel

Another verse is Luke 21:24

Jerusalem will be trampled on by the Gentiles until the times of the Gentiles are fulfilled.

So when that time is fulfilled then Israel (or the chosen 144,000) in the last days will be saved

My take on it anyways

The line on this game scares me.......7 points seems awfully low. I'd have assumed this would be about 11 or 12 points....do they know something we don't know? On paper this game looks like a massacre.

Though I think it is just a FARSE.
What do you think it would take , for you to believe in a GOD, you think is imaginary, or simply think does not exist at all.
(I think only GOD can CHOOSE His Followers, or those who believe in HIM.[ah, now I have answered my own Q.])
BUT WHAT DO "YOU" THINK IT WOULD TAKE FOR YOU TO BELIEVE?
All the Plagues of the Holy Bible, happening in order...i.e.
The 7 plagues, the Red Horse, Black Horse...etc...
The 7 bowls of wrath...
Could anything convince YOU/ "them" as non-believers.

As a Christian, I am a BELIEVER in a 1,000 year time of PEACE on EARTH, when Jesus Christ will RULE THE WORLD.
And after that time SATAN will be unleashed, to take the remaining non-believers. Even after GOD/JESUS, HAS BEEN ON EARTH for 1,000 years. There will still be those who DO NOT BELIEVE IN HIM. (HIS WILL, NOT OURS?...FREE- WILL???)

What is the difference between an offer and a gift?
Is christian salvation a gift or an offer?
What obligations are associated with christian salvation? Do I need to do anything in order to receive this "gift"? If I need to do at least one thing, isn't it really an offer, and not a gift?
Is trying to portray christian salvation as a free gift really false advertising?

1)if there are,where are they?
2)if there are,how many?
3)if there are,whom they have more in common with? us or the terrorists?
if they are our allies,that they have more in common with us than with the terrorists,why do we fear that they will support terrorists? aren't these terrorists their "true enemy" ? if the so called moderate muslims are too stupid to fight us rather than fight their"true enemy", why do we need them for the "WOT"?

Now freewill is not the ability to choose but having a decision-making process that is separate from how and where you are raised & your genetic code & social relationships. These factors are not under our control so therefore our choices are not truly made by the individual which is the basis of religion. It would nullify accountability meaning people are randomly chosen to go to Heaven or Hell.

mine's miss piggy--she was an accidental character, who started out as just a nameless female pig who was supposed to slap Kermit in one sketch and instead, Frank Oz let out a squealing heeeeyah and karate chopped kermit across the room, thus giving birth to the hottest pig alive!(so to speak)
