It is on the edge. Do you mean can I see it? Yes it is still there. I think when Y want to scare the trolls away they do something to make the question seem like there are no answers to the questioner and the people who try to answer just see a 'oops' screen. But I see the question and answers. It is near the edge, it could be pulled if they want to.
