care, this is a very interesting question to consider. Over 48 years ago I had the opportunity to stop the car in which I was riding, and getting out to talk with a man whom I hadn't seen for over two years. We had been very deeply in love, and were sadly parted thru nothing we could change. I did not stop, and to this day I have regretted that decision. However, this man has been married to the same woman for 30 years and they have two grown children, and from what I understand have a very happy life. So perhaps it was the right decision. Who knows.
However, I can tell you that I have never met another man for whom I felt anything at all close to what I felt for the man I truly loved... and turned away from.
Life can be difficult, choices that is.

I either of you are married, then I'd say it's intervention, but not the kind you're hoping for. If you're both still single, then it sounds like a wonderful story.
Whether or not it's of God surely couldn't be answered here. Have you prayed about it? I find that God's word and God's will don't seem to conflict.
If it is God's will, and it doesn't destroy anyone else, you are quite blessed!

I don't know.
The truth is noone really knows. God does though.
I do believe it is possible that God has divinily intervened. Yet even if he didn't I think as long as you keep him center in our life and relationship he will bless your endeavors.
Time will tell. Time will assure you and make clear if this was divinie intervention. As you hear the other person's life stories and how you came to meet again and if a true romance lasts. These are pretty good signs. May God Bless you.

Those who are standing on the promises of God are always in His plain. It's as if we have an appointment with a miracle and the Holy Ghost is just waiting for us to come to the place were we can receive it.

I do believe in divine intervention. It happens to me often both in my personal life and on the job. My preacher said once,(and I believe him) that if you are living for God, accidents don't happen.

No. If that was true then why did they depart in the first place?
Now saying that, the moron will say "because that's not Gods plan and it just wasn't the right time". And I'll say "he's God if he has the ability to manipulate us like that then he can do whatever he wants..........dumb ***"

No, god is totally imaginary. The idea of a "personal" god who actually cares for individuals and has some sort of "plan" for everyone is totally absurd.
