I am an Atheist. I am curious to know just how many other people who claim to be atheists actually have considered any evidence.

If Christianity is all about getting $$$, why do some Christians talk about Jesus to the homeless?

Or even better! Why do some devote their lives as a missionary, to travel to the other side of the world, and live with natives who's only currency is what you can barter with!?

i want to say there might be things going on that are evil, maybe some kinds of drug rape, and mind control while sleeping, it is possible i died because of a drug overdose
i had several similar incidents I even woke up with a needle mark in my chest as though someone had to JUMP start my heart after it gave out and stopped beating.
I also went to what seemed like the stereotypical Pearly gates and saw a person with a book and as i recognized him i clearly said i believed in jesus christ, My eyes opened up after i had blacked out. A plane had flown over head, the first time it dropped brown pellets that evaporated into a mist, and the second time as though I had been DRUGGED and poisoned, when i woke up again, I had a major Migraine headache unlike any i have ever had.
was it sorcery? or was it poison. was it a drug induced halucination or was it truly a near death experience.

I was back in time. with Jesus, and there were about 10 other people, and we were running from Roman soldiers. They were chasing us. They wanted to catch Jesus. Jesus had a very tan complexed healthy skin. He wore ragged cloths, it was obvious he is healthy. Then Suddenly ask us to enter inside a small wodden room. I was sure Romans will catch us if we do so. But I trust him and enter the room. only 6 other trust him and enter the room.

So he said he can send out of this room only praying to his father (God) then he lit about 30 candles just waving his hand then he start to pray. Suddenly I felt I am going away from the room.. I wanted to ask him to escape before me but it was too late.



Do you think this has a meaning ? I am not Christian..

That's incest!

You mean to tell me that every single species on Earth is the product of incest?

That's biologically impossible.

The genetic structures of all animals would have been so corrupted 2 or 3 generations down the line that every species on Earth would have sucomb to genetic diseases and died off in less than one hundred years.

...so doesn't that give me the same status as an infant? How can I be held accountable if I die during my incapacity? Or does this all just go back to the last time I COULD make a conscious decision? Does this mean that only conscious people are accountable?

At least 99.9% of all planets and moons are completely inhospitable to life.

And even on Earth (a planet that can support life) hurricanes, tsunamis, earthquakes, volcanos, tornados and the such constantly wreak havok with that life.

Meanwhile diseases such as cancer are rampant in life forms, significantly shortening the life spans of the more evolved life forms.

The work of a "god" ?

Sorry people there is too much discrimination with the forum monitors deleting questions and answers for no apparent reason.

like, if a pagan for example, and a christian are trying to have a "level based and open minded conversation" as soon as the pagan mentions any deity or a holiday that later became a christian holiday like ohh say..christmas,
or an atheist discusses his views on how god is merely (to him or her) in the mind of the christian and NOT in the asctal sky or something

the magma exists after the world wide flood?

We know all the water did not evaporate off the earth, because the atmospheric pressure would crush Noah, his family, and all the animals from the black tailed jack rabbit to the coatimundi. So the water had to seep into the earth.

Wouldn't all those gallons and tons and megatons of water seep right through the earth's crust and cool off the magma? It's only about 50 miles MAX to the mantle, even with all that sloshing around that occured during the flood.

I wanted to know the true religion...and I also asked for prayers to God for me to ppls here...So I had a dream last night...I will just say the important event in my dream...In my dream I don't know why, but I suddenly cried out "Christ you are my lord", I think thats what I said and suddenly in my dream I began to feel strange sensation, which might be impossib;e to describe, all I can say is, it might feel like, there are strong powers coming into you...then in my dream i think i wanted to go to heaven, But I just floated off only inches I think but did not went to Heaven, but remained on earth....What does my dreams mean..I didn't say Jesus in my dream?
