Sshhhh, calm down.
You're right, of course; and anyone with more than a Third Grade education knows it, too.
Noah and the Flood is just a story. So is Noah in the Cave with his Daughters (which, oddly, doesn't get repeated around children half as much as the Flood story), also just fiction...I hope!

Incest didn't become a sin for 1000 years after that so the animals were OK. Seriously though, read the Bible many of the animals did not have two of each, they had seven of each. That should make a little difference Eh? (I'm Canadian) Maybe many of the species did die off. Study aracheology there are many extinct species out there, look at all the dinosaurs. And by the way God says when He does things, everything is possible. Try faith not human reason.
Hebrews 11:7 "By faith Noah, being warned by God about things not yet seen, in reverence prepared an ark for the salvation of his household, by which he condemned the world, and became an heir of the righteousness which is according to faith."

FACT
The flood story is actually from the Gilgamesh Epic.
FACT
There is no evidence what so ever of there being a global flood. There isn't enough water on this planet to totally cover the Earth, not even close. If all the ice on Earth were to melt, the seas would rise, but not enough to even sink New Jersey (Highest point is only just over 1000 feet).
FACT
There is evidence of a flood in between the Tigris and Euphrates rivers about 100 years prior to the Gilgamesh Epic, it is the likely origin of the myth.
FACT
There is more evidence of Beowulf being real than any of the Genesis stories.

No, back then, the species were relatively new and there had been no time for genetic "mistakes" to build up. Also, the further you get from the original generation, the better it gets, not worse. The gene pool becomes larger.
Also, the clean animals were taken on by 7's, so they actually had a better gene pool with 3 breeding pairs (plus one sacrifice).

Why is it biologically impossible? Incest only increases the likelihood of problems, not guarantee them. Even in evolution model, each species had to have originated with one or two individuals that then propogated that particular genome. Unless you want to make the claim that entire populations evolved similarly at the same time to give rise to a new species.
