All items in a dream are symbols. Usually your mind speaks to you in terms you will understand.
Jesus may represent someone you view as on a higher plain than yourself.
You are in a group trying to flee/avoid an army. Small group persecuted by larger group.
he tries to get you into a small wooden room. You fear being caught and yet you still follow.
Not everyone trusts him. Those who do manage to fit in this room and avoid the Romans.
Then you feel like you are leaving the room. A place of safety.
All religious concepts aside, I think it is just the question of how this mirrors the things in your life.

Dear Eggs,
I am not an interpreter of dreams. But, if you have not accepted Jesus Christ as your Savior, this dream may just be something to get your attention on Jesus. It says in the bible that God knows all who are His even before the beginning of time. We are all His creations, but what that means is that He knows who will accept and who will not. I am not preaching at you to repent right now or else. I am saying maybe your dream was an attention getter. Maybe open your heart a little bit. See if you have any more dreams and try to understand what God is telling you. Do you think that He is telling you something?

I'm a Christian. But I think dreams are just our brains going through thoughts we've had in the past and then trying to make since of them (thus making them into a story). Probably you've thought about Jesus recently, maybe heard the story of the crucifixion. Your brain is just going over those thoughts. But it is good that your thinking about Jesus. Hopefully this will cause you to want to know more and maybe become a Christian.

You don't need to be a "Christian" but you do sound like you believe in God, otherwise, how would you have had knowledge to glimpse this window of time.
You might want to talk to a clergyman in your area that you would be comfortable with and ask for their clarity; otherwise, there seems no reason to "analyze" it too much, but take it as a comforting message that no matter who or what is coming at you in this world, you can always turn to your Father who has been there all along.
Thank you so much for sharing this, what a blessing.

Maybe God is just trying to get your attention by making you aware of Jesus, or maybe you've been exposed to Jesus more lately and your dreams are just reflecting your thoughts. I don't see anything symbolic about them.

Jesus talks to us in dreams. It is easy to trust Him. He would not have escaped first because He cares too much for us. He layed His life down for us so we can have eternal life with Him in heaven. Faith, trust, believe is all that Jesus ask.

Figuring "Jesus" probably never lived, I wouldn't put too much thought into your dream.
I once dreamed that I had turned into a pizza!!
Dreams are dreams, nothing more.
