their resentment for some of the religously intolerant, violent, kamikaze=heaven preaching governments of the middle east? Why or why not?

I've often wondered why God changed the way he dealt with people and sin from the old covenant to the new. The old testament God seemed much harsher and more judgmental than is revealed in new testament teachings. Also he chose to reveal himself preferentially to one nation and then really only amongst the religious leaders who then distributed the knowledge and marching orders. Versus dealing with people of all nations individually and personally.

My best guess is that people were less evolved socially and politically long, long ago and as our civilization/society evolved he was able to reveal more and deal with us more gently??? So in the future after the resurrection we would then understand God more fully and deal with him in a much different way than we do now, a way we cant understand yet in another similar change?

This theory makes some since but I wonder what your thoughts are?

What do they even do. Shouln't they be proactive in a 'Sister Act' kinda way? They sit in mass which is so boring, just reading and repeating in a 'going through the motions' kinda way. I couldn't watch the midnight mass for more than five minutes. The pope seems unconnected and almost 'fake'. Is he the head figure that represents Christians?

He seems to do alot of Islamic-bashing on this site. Anyone else notice? I wonder what makes him so obsessed with my religion...Maybe he is in love with it and cant seem to stop talking about it:) Thanks Constipated Monkey for giving us Muslims an excuse to talk about our religion:D But I think you need to get more education because most of the questions you ask are usuallly based on nonsense or untrue facts. Dont you agree?

Pope benadick and the rest of the dumb Christian community along with the cunning retail giants keep the Christmas sprit alive for a another couple of years.
This year the benadick and the gang of christen business men will focus more into using there donation booty to grab the poor and weak children all around the world with the message of god al MIGHTY. ……….Which is to secure the next generation to stamped with the dumb Christianity logo when they were small and helpless which is easy to access. smart plan mr. benadick

Day by day the children are spoon fed with dumb fairy tale religious thoughts which eventually divide the community into two ego filled dumb head religious groups. Merry Christmas ,

Someone told that that Jesus came from the house of David and that was among the proof he is who he is. Being christ and all.

Someone also once told me that it was Joseph and not Mary that was from the house of David.

Im confused about that part. Since Jesus was not Joseph's biological son how come they can say he came from the house of David.

Of am I wrong and it was Mary that is from the house of David.
