The horned one, the personification of the masculine side of the Divine. What name is given to the Horned one varies, some say Pan, some say Cernunnos, some say Hern, some call him the Stag Lord, there many other names.
The Goddess is the feminine side of the Divine. She is called by many name, Isis, Brigid, Astarte, Kali. White Buffalo Woman are a few.
By using certain names that have traditional symbolism, pagans can tie in to that dynamic. It helps guide the mind for the work or rite that is to be done.
This Satan that keep getting thrown at us, we neither acknowledge nor worship. He's the Christian Boogy man, nothing of ours

No they don't worship satan. I would argue however as a non- Christian, that making contact with spirits on the lower plane that pretend to be good when infact are evil is just as bad wouldn't you say?
Obviously you are in the early stages of wicca and don't know how the magic is really done ie through making actual contact with their deities (spirit world).
I'm not saying anything that can't be verified.

There are many descriptions of the Horned one. they are radically different from any other image of masculinity. He is gentle, tender, and comforting, but he is also the Hunter. He is the
Dying God , but his death is in the service of the life force.. He is untamed sexuality but as a deep, holy, connecting power.
The horns are the waxing and waning crescents of the Goddess Moon.
A description of the different aspects of the Goddess would require several volumes. But much good material has already been written and is already available.

In Wicca the God and Goddess are purposefully left obscure.
this is because most believe that the gods will choose you. ans this way when you call a god or goddess you are calling to your patron.
some would say that it is a secret that Gerald Gardner (founder of Wicca) only told to his direct line of covens.
early writeings by gardner do mention Cerunuuos. the horned god of the Celts.
i am a Celtic Pagan. We do not believe in a Devil, Or a Satan. or any afterlife of punishment. our gods do not need to threaten us to get us to worship them.
the Satan that the Christians speak of is a hodgepodge of every Pagan god out there, and was designed as a tool of fear to make people convert and to keep them in line once they did.

The horned one is the God of Fertility and the Goddess is only one of a pair of the all-powerful rulers of Paganism.
They have no affiliation with Satan whatsoever, the only ones who recognize Satan are the christians and the Satanists.
However, the Satanists do not worship the christian Satan, they worship themselves; they are their own god.

the horned god is a combination of all gods, like pan, herne, cernunos, etc, he is simply the male aspect of nature as the goddess is the female aspect. Most wiccans and pagans use pantheons from older religions, but since no specific pantheon is required, the basic god and goddess are used so that everybody can participate in rituals together without infringing on their personal spirituality

I imagine that would be the god.
Wicca usually embraces a dualist expression of the almighty. One side being the male god and the other being the female goddess.
Obviously, the "horned one" is not satan, as Wiccan Theology is made entirely distinct from Christian theology.

The male aspect of the Goddess. We do not beleive in satan and do not worship him. Satan is a creation of Christianity and the Catholic church took our pagan Gods and made them the devil and demons of the bible to justify the sensless killings in God's name to convert the pagan and to try and destroy paganism.

The Horned One is the male aspect of the divine.
The Goddess is the female aspect of the divine.
Now what the divine is can be a rather complicated matter. ;-)
