why does the bible not explain this mystery

Do you think that mankind evolved from monkey like creatures. A few things, science does say that our dna is almost exactly the same as a monkey's dna. Also, their are many fossils that can go along with the theory except for the missing link. The only true opponent of evolution is religion. Now in the book of Genesis it does tell us that man was a little bit more of a simplier being before he ate from that tree the bible says that we could talk to animals, its said that we walked around naked before and as well childbirth wasn't painful. Once man at from the tree, we became aware of being naked, we felt pain in childbirth, and we couldn't communicate with animals anymore. This sounds like evolving to me in the basic form. I am not talking about Charles Darwin vs. Creation, I am asking about evolution vs creation or can they be the same. What do you think?

What is it about Islam that it cannot even get along with itself, i.e., Shi'ites and Sunnis are killing each other in the name of Allah. There was even an attempt by Sunnis to prevent Shi'ites from entering Mecca. What's the problem? Can't we all just get along? What's your opinion about this and what is your idea of a solution? Serious answers only.

According to the Bible (Gen. 3:20-24), Adam and his wife were the first parents of all people (white race only) and the first sinners. According to the Word of Allah, he was driven from the Garden of Paradise into the hills and caves of West Asia, or as they now call it, "Europe," to live his evil life in the West and not in the Holy Land of the East. "Therefore, the Lord God sent him (Adam) forth from the Garden of Eden, to till the ground from when he was taken. So He drove out the man; and He placed at the east of the Garden of Eden cherubims (Muslim guards) and a flaming sword which turned every way to keep the devils out of the way of the tree of life (the nation of Islam)." The sword of Islam prevented the Adamic race from crossing the border of Europe and Asia to make trouble among the Muslims for 2,000 years after they were driven out of the Holy Land and away from the people, for their mischiefmaking, lying and disturbing the peace of the righteous nation of Islam.

1 Since our being brought in chains to the shores of America, our brain power, labor, skills, talent and wealth have been taken, given and spent toward building and adding to the civilization of another people. It is time for you and me, the so-called Negroes, to start doing for ourselves. We must not let our children be as are we, beggars of another man for his home, facilities, clothing, food and the means of providing a living. Man depends on land for the necessities, food, clothing and shelter for survival. A prime requisite for freedom and independence is having one's own land. There can be no freedom without a people having their own land

Im sick of all these non believer who say they dont follow the Christ b/c "the Bible condradict's itself" ok where? they just interpret the Bible wrong and then make up a bunch of crap but they never seem to come up with any particular verses, they just consult with themselves and other lost people instead of asking a pastor or someone who knows the Bible well.

I am a Christian - I am looking for other people's opinion:-) I am very closed-minded; I believe that men cannot get to heaven on their own, due to lack of ability to follow God's commandments. However, I am not judgemental, so please... Answer away! Thanks for being honest!

I'm don't know much about the bible but I've heard it says that in the end, we won't be able to buy or sell without the mark of the beast. I just saw a special on WalMart that says WalMart is actually commandeering manufacturers pricing. It says never in history has a retailer had this much power. Could WalMart be the beast and if we don't have a credit card or something from them we won't be able to buy or sell anything?

If you are raised by strict parents who are lets say Mormon or Muslim...and your entire life you are told that this is the one way and only way....did you ever really have free will to decide? And being that most people reflect what they learn from their parents and they begin learning from a young age is it really fair to lable a child with a certain religion? Think about it? I took me forever to tell my parents that I didn't believe in the Catholic religion and I can only Imagine what it must be like for some...But my question is..Is it really raise your child as a certain religion...or teach them about being a free thinker and letting them find the true path's themselves?

I have seen a quote from Jesus in the Bible that appeared in the Bhagavad Gita attributed to Krisna. The Gita predates the bible by more than a thousand years. Why didn't Christ work with original material?
