This calls for wisdom. If anyone has insight, let him calculate the number of the beast, for it is man's number. His number is 666

From this verse:

"He also forced everyone, small and great, rich and poor, free and slave, to receive a mark on his right hand or on his forehead so that no one could buy or sell unless he had the mark, which is the name of the beast or the number of his name. This calls for wisdom. If anyone has insight, let him calculate the number of the beast, for it is man's number. His number is 666" (Rev. 13:16-18).

I'e read about this love and I want no parts of it. Even if we assumed this god did exist, is it right to accept love just because it is offered.

Some women want to give you good lovin' but you wouldn't be wise to take them all up on it....

Foe example, it is in human nature to be sexual. Why do religions prohibit masturbation, premarital sex. etc??
If God is the one who created us, does He not know our human nature?

Or do you think that God made them all just the way they are? (The ark thing and all that stuff)

I have been told that the bible is all true, but the wording they used is different. Did noah really build that big old ark and only bring along 2 of every animal?

I had a dream last night where a man and a group of people almost like an army came into a house where myself, mother, father, a friend and grandparents were at. They took all of us hostage and I kept trying to find ways to escape and got caught. My grandmother was washing the dishes and she whispered to me "who is that man who has us?" and I replied "Lucifer' and I said it twice as if she could not hear me. Then as we were watching the news a broadcast came on to tell us that "the general" had taken a family hostage. (that was us) At that pont and time the men in the house went o inform the leader and I saw a way to get out, now normally in my dreams it is very hard to run, but in this dream I took off like a bat out of hell (no pun intended) and as I was running I tried to remember where my family was to report it to the cops and I couldn't remember. The police station was too far so I went to the news station and it just so happen the police were there to give a press conference.

Isn't this directly opposed to their "beliefs"? Seems hypocritical to me if the majority hate Christ, the Bible and it's message. Any explanations here?

The story of christ is itself a legend based on the combination of many various gods. Mithras was a Persian god who was born of a virgin on December 25, was visited at birth by magi, grew up and healed the sick, raised the dead, had a last supper with his 12 diciples before dying on a cross, rose to heaven three days later on Easter, and saved man.

The earliest Christian writings have no mention of a historical Jesus, let alone any miracles. It appears that the New Testament was written decades after Jesus is now considered to have lived.

Islam is of absolution and truth. Christians need to learn from Islam that one must be selfless in order to be pure. You are very greedy and take much away from all others. Why do you call yourselves good people while you live off others like parasites. You're souls are at risk following the teachings of the deceiver. Come to Allah and find truth and light.

If a god created Adam and Lillith, but Lillith was too domineering so she was cast out, and god then created the submissive Eve, is this not male dominance? So god and Adam would be to blame, correct? With all the submit to your husband language in the bible, it stands to reason.

Some people seem to think that all people will somehow get of the same page as far as peace and environment. Why would people waste the mental effort when every ounce of recorded history suggests that we will never part with our differences. Even the nicest of people will dissapoint because they are just people like you, filled with flaws.

One of mine is Matt 1:21. The verse reads, "And she will bring forth a Son, and you shall call His name Jesus, for He will save His people from their sins. " This plainly states that I need a Savior because I am a sinner. I have sinned against a Holy and Righteous God. Since I can not redeem myself I need Someone to do it for me.

My second verse is Romans 2:4. It is the kindness of God that leads us to repentance.
Enough said.

JW's believe that Jesus is not divine. He is simply the archangel Micahel.

Mormons believe that Jesus is the spirit brother of Lucifer and deny that He is one in essence with the Father.

Is this what the Apostle Paul meant when he warned the Corinthians about those who preach "another Jesus" and preach "a different gospel"?

"But I am afraid that, as the serpent deceived Eve by his craftiness, your minds will be led astray from the simplicity and purity of devotion to Christ. For if one comes and preaches another Jesus whom we have not preached, or you receive a different spirit which you have not received, or a different gospel which you have not accepted, you bear this beautifully." - 2 Corinthians 11:3-4
