Or do you think that God made them all just the way they are? (The ark thing and all that stuff)
I have been told that the bible is all true, but the wording they used is different. Did noah really build that big old ark and only bring along 2 of every animal?

This all comes down to what you believe in. Some believe the bible to be literal truth, that noah did build an ark and did somehow put that many animals on it.
I think the common held believe of intelligent design is that the creator did make all creatures exactly as they are today.
I've never understood personally why the two theories are considered to be so disparate. It seems to me like evolution is a pretty obvious conclusion, but the idea of things like cause and effect had to come from somewhere. I think the world is like a big wind up toy, the creator set up the laws and the rules and then sat back to see what would happen and things evovled within that rule set.

General Evolution is pure fantasy, loosely based on scientific facts. For example saying that life comes from non-life and one species can turn into a different species has no proof ... even though people want so hard to believe it does (now that is FAITH!).
However, there IS PROOF of evolution within a species. We can and have seen evidence of this within birds, fruit flies, horses, dogs, cats, etc.
I have no reason to believe the ark is not absolute fact. There have been several people that have tried to PROVE that it could not have been and there have been many people that have tried to PROVE that it was possible. Based on what I have read, I absolutely believe it was possible. For example, did the ark carry thousands of different dog breeds? ...NO. They either evolved naturally or were specifically bred/designed by dog breeders over time. Evolution within a species is true science.
Oh, and a correction. Some types of animals were in pairs and others were in groups of seven.

Everything grows. That does not mean it was created from a pond of scum were 2 cells just happened to collide. No evolution it did not happen God created all. Yes Noah built the ark, yes he brought 2 animals of every kind. Amen

God created: Genesis 1:20 And God said, Let the waters bring forth abundantly the moving creature that hath life, and fowl that may fly above the earth in the open firmament of heaven.
Genesis 1:21 And God created great whales, and every living creature that moveth, which the waters brought forth abundantly, after their kind, and every winged fowl after his kind: and God saw that it was good.

Noah's Ark is true: look at scripture:
Genesis 6:19 And of every living thing of all flesh, two of every sort shalt thou bring into the ark, to keep them alive with thee; they shall be male and female.

Genesis 7:2 Of every clean beast thou shalt take to thee by sevens, the male and his female: and of beasts that are not clean by two, the male and his female.
Genesis 7:3 Of fowls also of the air by sevens, the male and the female; to keep seed alive upon the face of all the earth.
God said the unclean animals by pairs, clean by 7s, one reason for this -
Genesis 8:20 And Noah builded an altar unto the LORD; and took of every clean beast, and of every clean fowl, and offered burnt offerings on the altar.
Noah would offer a sacrifice after he got out of the ark

Yep, they lined up single file in nice neat rows. From elephants to the Madagascar coach-roaches they waited patiently in line for their turn to come aboard. Then when it was all over they went back to their perspective lands and had incest like it was going out of style.

i think the stupid ones died out (and continue to die out). i don't believe the simple evolved into the complex.
