Throughout history even before Christianity there has been religion to control the masses and make them think they were doing all that hard labor for their god. What makes Christianity any different?

Hi, I have a project involved in making an advertisment for aboriton.
It is religion class, and my teacher wants me to advertise a product that will stop abortion between people. It must connect to "Respect for Life", one of the rules in the church's social teachings.

I have thought of advertising a doctor(like dr. phil) who is capable of convincing the parents to have the child. He is religious, expert in the field.. someone like dr. phil...

ANYBODY ELSE HAVE DIFFERENT IDEAS? This is worth alot, and im worried greatly. Thanks.

Genesis: "And the LORD God said, Behold, the man is become as one of us, to know good and evil: and now, lest he put forth his hand, and take also of the tree of life, and eat, and live for ever:"
1. God said Adam and Eve have become as one of "US" (more than one god)?
2. And if they ate from the Tree of Life they would live forever (become immortal as gods)?

Are there anyone out there that believe when an animal die they go to heaven? I would really like to know, because christians and so forth don't believe they do go to heaven, because to go to heaven you have to have a soul that can accept christ in their heart and animals aren't that. I was a firm believer that animals automatically go to heaven like babies. Because, I have lost many pets in my life time, that I loved very much and I would like to think that when I die and go to heaven that I would see me pets again.

have committed acts of terror, such as people who bomb abortion clinics and government buildings here in the USA? Like that nutjob Timothy McVeigh who bombed the Federal Building in Oklahoma City? Come on, Christians are the ones bombing abortion clinics, and McVeigh was also a Christian as well as a member of a 'patriot militia'..

Which one will you take?

Matthew 7:13
13"Enter by the narrow gate. For the gate is wide and the way is easy[a] that leads to destruction, and those who enter by it are many. 14For the gate is narrow and the way is hard that leads to life, and those who find it are few.

-The narrow gate, or the wide gate?

I know someone who has a Jewish heritage, but his family converted from Judaism ages ago, before he was even born. But they still gave him a Jewish name, had him circumcised, and they don't eat ham, bacon, pork or shellfish, although they they don't follow a kosher diet in any other way.

I"m not saying there's anything wrong with this, but I was wondering if it is normal to sometimes cling to some Jewish traditions after converting?

I mean, I know some Christians convert to Judaism, but still celebrate Christmas in a modified way, so is it the same deal?

Please use proof we can evaluate rationality and logically. Saying "because the bible says so" is circular logic and will get you nowhere.
