If we are to understand God as all-powerful and omnipresent (as Jews, Muslims, Christians do... so we must accept this definition if we are not to be talking at cross purposes about different things by the same name) then I offer two proofs:
1. The Logical Proof: If there is at least one God who is omnipresent (everywhere and in everything that exists) there cannot be another God, since the first God would not be "in" the second and the second would not be "in" the first. Either neither of the gods are in everything that exists or both are in each other and thus are not gods or are one and the same God.
2. The Rational Proof: Two or more all-powerful individual beings existing in the same universe would naturally conflict and cause an unresolvable paradox - it would be logically impossible for both to get their way on mutually exclusive outcomes, yet if one or both don't get their way neither is all powerful so neither is a God. through Evolution by Means of Natural Selection (a nice rational formulation) universes with two or more Gods would evolve out - destroyed in self-annihilating paradoxes.

Okey if you want in logically order.
Most simple scenario if USA has TWO Presidents like Bush and Cheney. Both have same power and duties to perform. So what happen to the government and people of USA.
Are the better live in prosper?
May be the logically answer is chaos, confusion, panic, anger, frustation and war will rise in the whole state. Since both of them want to show their power and errogant to show their own superiority.
That why the logically answer for why god is only One not two, three, or etc. The only one god can perform what he want to do or not to do without anybody can order or pushing around. It up to him the only one god to decide for himself.

If one will read the bible and find out for themselves then there will be no debate about its truth. There is definitely one God, and different administration but all the self same spirit thus says the lord. So you see people serve God in different ways but to the ones that serve the true God is all the children of God by the same spirit.

Firstly, only Jews and Muslims (lol) believe in the ONE God; undivided! Christians believe in the trinity, which does not qualify as a monotheistic belief.
Second of all, asking someone to prove there is a god is like asking someone to accept the third law of thermodynamics on pure faith.
Faith is not science, and thus you cannot prove nor disprove it...

The majority of responses to this question will be quotes from the book of their beliefs. Which, as you said, is circular logic. But from what I understand about religion, the point is that it CAN'T be proven. That's why it is called "faith" in God...so don't ever expect a satisfactory answer.

IF that have been to ensue, i'm uncertain what i might do. because of the fact that my faith is a huge area of my life, it would take an extremely long term for me to regulate to that expertise. To be uncomplicated, there might in all probability be an extremely long denial point. i might in all probability sense a great sort of anger. After all of it sank in, and if/while i ought to settle for it, i might in all probability incredibly study and study approximately how and why the full element got here approximately. i like to think of that I relatively have a medical concepts. interesting question, nonetheless. i'm satisfied that he's there, nonetheless, and that i might by no skill ought to handle this hypothetical difficulty.

What proof do you need? I can't bring God to you,and have Him persuade you. You don't really want proof, you're just copying several thousands of postings before yours, hoping to get reactions. You even copied someone else's words from a few days ago.

Why only Christian, Jews and Muslims there are more religions than that. I am Krishna Conscious also known as Sanatan Dharma (the eternal occupation ) Krishna says in the Bhagavad-Gita" I am the Source of all My incarnations everything emanates from Me." HE says that their is only one God but many unlimited aspects of Him. He has a hierarchy which we call demp-gods which are empowered servants and He also has empowered sons who come to bring His message to the world. But as far as God one God and One Goddess

You just learned this in your intro to philosophy class so you thought you would impress people on the internet. Everyone knows you can't prove the existence of God. You can't disprove it either. As a matter of fact, you can't PROVE anything.

can a computer designs itself in this specific shape, process, and function? you could born with a flat hand that is useless, but rather you hand has been divided into 5 fingers, every finger has a job to do. who figure out the way it suppose to be? Nature cannot think, but a creator can.
look at the planets, most of the planets have a round shape, it indicates that the one who created all of them is One unique identity. one unique mind. also look at the humans, animals, birds, we all have eyes, legs, arms.. it also indicate one God with one unique mind.
look at yourself. at the soul inside you? do you breath? what is this air that comes and go out of your body? who bring you from death into life, and then will die again?
it's your God who created you, and create all this universal System. He is the beginning and He is the end.
