Likewise, I have occasionally followed cars with the bumper sticker: "In case of Rapture, this car unoccupied."

Should I avoid these people in traffic - for my own safety?

Look at all the problems that having "free will" caused in this world so far! Plus the things currently in the works and those yet to come, all caused and will be caused by the human race using "free will." What's your opinion?

I've noticed that most atheist never ask intelligent questions but try to put down intelligence, why is that?

I've always learned from intelligence even if it is different from my own thoughts because it causes me to think even more so.

But I've come to think ignorance is a learning disorder because they can't seem to grasp the basic concepts of learning, but I could be making an excuse for their laziness.

hear me out first. How many planks of wood could you make in one day (by first cutting down a tree and cutting it into planks without tools) ... maybe 3-4 planks a day right? Noahs ark would probably need 300,000 planks of wood. Thats 275 years just in cutting and collecting wood. Building the boat would require engineering and would take at least 250 years. Then collecting animals and their food supply covering every continent would take another 250 years. Unless Noah was 1000 years old when he died, with the genetic make up of steve irwin and paul bunyon, it is not possible. How can you believe this story.

p.s. noah's arc or ark. Is there a correct way to spell bull$hit?

I'm not trying to debunk any religion that observes Saturday as the day of worship. I need to know if the Saturday today is the same Saturday as before -- I also read an article (I couldnt find that article now) that today's Wednesday is the Saturday most Hebrews observed in the Old Testament - Is this true? I need references. Serious answers please.

If there is life on other planets, wouldn't it be necessary for them to have their own different version of the Bible or Quran?

So then wouldn't it be necessary to accept that other beings can be given different information on how to serve God ,(because Earthly experiences would have no place on anotherplanet)?

So then, isn't it necessary for a person to either deny the possibility of life on other planets or accept the idea that God speaks to beings in different ways?

So why couldn't God speak to different people in different ways on the same planet?

True atheists, though they don't believe in God, they still believe in morals. I have a friend who is an atheist, but is a really good person, doesn't bad-mouth christians and leads a productive life. A matter of fact, a lot of atheists do the same, ironically I know of christians who are lesser of people when it comes to morals and goodness. So why the bad-mouthing? Any thoughts would be appreciated.

ANSWER IN ORDER AN THEN STATE YOUR OPINION.

According to John 17:3,How many true Gods is there?

So what is not true must be false?

If there only one true God all others must be false?

According John 1:1 in the The new world translation, Jesus is a god. Do you agree?

Is Jesus a true god or a false god?

He cant be a false god, can he, since that would mean the apostle John was guilty of falsely honoring Jesus as a God?
Therefore he must be a true God. Meaning Jesus is Jehovah.

So John just firmly establishes Christ Deity (as true God) also in 8:58, 20:28

It takes the US years and years to build an aircraft carrier using thousands of men with millions and millions of dollars. Tell me how one man and his brother built a boat the size of 10 aircraft carriers without tools like saws and nails? lets just put aside the fact that the majority of animals would have had to come from other continents. Any many animals have very specialized food. Why do christians think that the world was like neverland 2000 years ago?

Muslims say that the Quran is the true scripture of God, So saying this,Why is this so?
Have read where the Muslims state that there where "wrongs"(could not think of a better word..lol) in the Bible and in the Torah
So God brought forth the Quran.
So I guess my question is, If God is correct in all things, Then how did he get the Bible wrong to have to come up with the Quran to make things right?

I don't know if you can understand what I'm saying, sorry if you can't and Thank you to all who have taking the time to answer

The background for this Question is :

Well known Indian Muslim Human Right Activist, writer, and English Theater actress - Ms. Shabana Azmi, condemning recent attacks on Indian Muslim Women by Muslim youths who beat up Muslim Women who did not wear the head to toe "veil" called the "burqa", where some ladies suffered acid being thrown on them and one had her nose cut off, said that Islam did not require Muslim women to cover themselves in this fashion and opined that the attackers should be punished to the fullest extent of the Law. Decrying the incidents, she said that Islam could not condone such vicious acts and the claim of the arrested assailants of "religious activism" was untenable.

Interestingly, the Indian Bar of Advocates, including their Muslim Chapter, has refused to defend these people as well as two recently arrested Pakistani Terrorists, preferring "Contempt of court" for rejecting the appointment.
