Volume 7, Book 62, Number 95:
Narrated Anas bin Malik:
I was ten years old when Allah's Apostle arrived at Medina. My mother and aunts used to urge me to serve the Prophet regularly, and I served him for ten years. When the Prophet died I was twenty years old, and I knew about the order of Al-Hijab (veiling of ladies) more than any other person when it was revealed. It was revealed for the first time when Allah's Apostle had consummated his marriage with Zainab bint Jahsh. When the day dawned, the Prophet was a bridegroom and he invited the people to a banquet, so they came, ate, and then all left except a few who remained with the Prophet for a long time. The Prophet got up and went out, and I too went out with him so that those people might leave too. The Prophet proceeded and so did I, till he came to the threshold of 'Aisha's dwelling place. Then thinking that these people have left by then, he returned and so did I along with him till he entered upon Zainab

Do u believe in idol worship?I have always had trouble with my faith. I always considered myself an agnostic. Coz i find it hard to believe that u can find god in some ceramic/steel/bronze creation. After all, these have been made by humans, so how can they be god? Then, i reasoned it out that we arent praying to the "idols" themselves, but to god and the idols are merely a manifestation our desire to give god a "form" so that we can "see" the god we pray to. I have asked so many ppl for explanations but none of them have satisfied me.And christians/muslims, plz dont ask me to convert to christianity/islam coz i find those religion quite outrageous and hard to believe too.Can someone plz help me?Regarding the no. of gods that we have,my mother says that brahma/vishnu/shiva arent actually gods,(Coz i wondered how god-brahma could be born of a lotus)There is only one god, and they are all the manifestations of god.Can some one explain hinduism to me?

Guys following is the verse from Quran which is sort of test for any person claiming to be GOD. Try it.. It works perfectly
:-)

"Say: He is Allah,
The One and Only.
"Allah, the Eternal, Absolute.
"He begets not, nor is He begotten.
And there is none like unto Him."
[Al-Qur’an 112:1-4]

Whole muslim world headed by religious leaders/schollars should come forward and discuss briefly/sort out problems about the terrorism which is mainly faced by the islamic world. This will be more effective rather than the problems discussed/measures taken by the non-muslim countries. What ever steps taken by the non-muslim countries against terrorism is considered as the action against muslim community.

I have to wonder given all the "marketing" and bible-bashing done by just about every Christian I have even encountered, why the Muslim faith is actually the fastest growing religion in the world, even in western nations.

Are the Christians simply not the marketers they once believed themselves to be, or is their god simply not the almighty wonder they convince themselves that he is. Is the Christian god or the Christian church the weakest link in the chain??

I attended an Assembly of God church for awhile. It was a lapse of sanity. Those fanatics preach hate and bigotry from the pulpit while the congregation spouts off gibberish. Not all Christians are brainwashed but those people were really pathetic. Da da da dade da de de ded dede da da de. Is that an ancient unknown tongue? Maybe for ancient toddlers.

Three-in-oneness in the Godhead:

When God was about to create man He said, "Let US make man in OUR image, in OUR likeness, (GEN. 1:26)

After Adam And Eve had fallen into sin, God said, "The man has now become like one of US, knowing good and evil.(Gen.3:22)
NOTE: the phrase "like one of US" refers back to verse 5, "like God ". As is true with (Gen. 1:26) this verse supports plurality within the Godhead.
Later, when sinful mankind was attempting to erect the Tower of Babel, God said,"Come, let US go down and confuse their language so that they will not understand each other"(Gen.11:7)
Many centuries later, Isaiah had a vision in the temple during which God commissioned him to service. God asked Isaiah,"Whom shall " I " send? And who will go for US?'' And Isaiah said,"Here am I. Send me!'' (Isaiah 6:8)
In other words, we do not find in the NT the birth of a new novel concept of God. Indeed,"the doctrine of the trinity does not appear in the NT in the making, but already made.

Jesus was not born in the Winter on December 25th. He was born in the Spring, on the Passover. Read Luke 2:1-11 and Luke 2:40-49.
The Lord hates Christmas Feasts, Christmas Prayers and Christmas Songs.
Read: Amos 5:21-23 and Read Isaiah 1:14-15.
The traditional Christmas Feast includes Meats that are against the Laws of God. (Example: Christmas Ham, which is dirty Swine)
Read Lev 11:8, Deut 14:8, Isa 66:17.
These are Laws that Jesus Christ did not DESTROY!
Read Matt 5:17-19

In Jeremiah the 10th chapter, the prophet Jeremiah condemns the so-called Christmas tree nearly 300 years before the birth of Jesus. Read Jeremiah 10:2-4
2: Thus saith the LORD, Learn not the way of the heathen, and be not dismayed at the signs of heaven; for the heathen are dismayed at them.
3: For the customs of the people are vain: for one cutteth a tree out of the forest, the work of the hands of the workman, with the axe.
4: They deck it with silver and with gold; they fasten it with nails and with hammers, that it move not.

I can't decide which of the two are the most arrogant or deluded (around this place at least):
*The Americans with the "We're the greatest and all who disagree can f*ck off" type attitude

or

* The religious zealots who are convinced the rest of us are all going to "burn in hell" and need to be bible-bashed every chance they get.

Both parties are incredibly obnoxious, but I just can't decide who is the worst - any ideas??

you christians all have the defination of the word 'fact' confused. Because something is written in a 2000 year odl book doesnt make it a fact.

have the decency to act like a open minded person. Nobody knows the past for sure, therefore, nothing from the past can be considered 100% fact. Quit pushing people away from christanity by acting so different than your peers. You are just like everyone else, no better, no worse. act like it

Its our inner lack of beauty which prevents us from the appreciation of the truth of the universe. When we become beautiful inside we start to see the beauty around us too and then we recognize beauty and accept Allah in our lives. For we recognize Allah as the creator of that beauty.
