I have to wonder given all the "marketing" and bible-bashing done by just about every Christian I have even encountered, why the Muslim faith is actually the fastest growing religion in the world, even in western nations.
Are the Christians simply not the marketers they once believed themselves to be, or is their god simply not the almighty wonder they convince themselves that he is. Is the Christian god or the Christian church the weakest link in the chain??

Um Angel, I don't know where on earth you are drawing your information from, but like it or not, this is actually statistically correct.
Can't say if is linked to population growth in traditionally Muslim countries, a by-product of Muslim foreigners moving abroad or simply a matter of many looking for answers to questions not satisfactorily answered by the Christian faith. I don't think the Church has really helped in the matter though - many Christians still see themselves as being the superior majority, which must have an impacts of the way others perceive them

Throughout history, the popularity of any religion has always been proportional to the military strength of those trying to spread it. This is particularly effective when people are given the option of ‘convert or die’. Christianity and Islam, as the two largest and most violent religions, are especially competent because they get a lot of practice.
Sure, right now Mohammed is kicking Jesus’ butt pretty good. But this war is already 1000 old and is nowhere near completion. Like John Adams (signer of the Declaration of Independence, framer of the US Constitution, and second president of the US) said, “This would be the best of all possible worlds, if there were no religion in it!”

World wide, Christianity has the highest numbers of any single religion. Islam has roughly half that. When you're at the top, the only way to go is down - the occurance is simply the natural laws of statistics in play.

According to official statistics available in Australia & concerning worlds population Christianity is the largest religion in the world. Did you obtain your statistics from a small viliage in Afganistan? I agree that Muslim religian has the most folowers in certain parts of the word - The Middle East.

Because the Bible does not make much sense, a lot had been changed by the church and the Quran makes sense when you read it because its gods words, it real.

But I have friends on the mission field, I have friends here in the state that use to be Muslim faith, I am told, huge numbers are becoming born again all over the world as never before,
Iraq, Pakistani, USA.

Becouse Islam is the TRUTH and the truth will not hide them self. In a crime scene every single clue will be trace. No hair no thumb print will prevent the crime not to be discovered. Once they've figured it out then they will realise and understand.
